Description
Claims (20)
- センサを製造するための方法であって、
センサ電極及び基準電極を水溶液に暴露するステップ、
該基準電極に対して該センサ電極に電位を印加するステップ、並びに
該センサ電極と該基準電極との間の電気化学的静電容量を測定するステップ、
を含む上記方法。 - 所定の電気化学的静電容量値に達したら前記電位を除去するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記電位が周期的様式で前記センサ電極に印加される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記周期的様式が、
前記センサ電極が前記水溶液中の電解質とのファラデー反応に実質的に関与する第1の電位レベルに前記電位を設定するステップ、及び
該センサが該水溶液中の電解質とのファラデー反応に実質的に関与しない第2の電位レベルに該電位を設定するステップ、
を含む、請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記電気化学的静電容量が、前記電位が前記第2の電位レベルにある時に測定される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記センサ電極が、炭素系電極である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- ファラデー型反応を介して前記センサ電極の表面に官能基を導入する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記電位が固定サイクル数印加される方法と比較して、前記センサ電極の前記表面の電気化学的特性の再現性を向上させる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 電気化学的静電容量とは無関係に、電位が固定サイクル数印加される方法と比較して、前記センサ電極の表面の電気化学的特性の再現性を向上させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記電位が周期的様式で前記センサ電極に印加される、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記センサ電極が、炭素系電極である、請求項11に記載のセンサ。

- 免疫学的電気化学バイオセンサである、請求項14に記載のセンサ。
- 制御活性化装置であって、
センサ電極、
基準電極、
該センサ電極及び該基準電極と接触し、その間にある水溶液、並びに
該センサ電極と該基準電極との間の電気化学的静電容量を測定するための手段、
を備える、上記制御活性化装置。 - 前記センサ電極と前記基準電極との間の電気化学的静電容量を測定するための前記手段が、該基準電極への電圧を制御して該センサ電極における電流を測定する、電子測定機器を備える、請求項16に記載の制御活性化装置。
- 前記センサ電極が、炭素系電極である、請求項17に記載の制御活性化装置。
- 前記センサ電極の表面に結合した官能基をさらに備える、請求項18に記載の制御活性化装置。
- 前記センサ電極が、免疫学的電気化学バイオセンサを備える、請求項19に記載の制御活性化装置。
