ナノメータまたはサブミクロンサイズの粒子を担持する気体をポンプに導入する手段と、
少なくとも1種類の液体をポンプに注入する手段と、
ナノ粒子を担持する液体と粒子の移動の終端で得られた気体とを含む混合物を排出する手段と、
を備えることを特徴とし、
容器がさらに、
前記混合物を容器に導入する手段と、
容器内で液体に浸漬するための、少なくとも1つの圧電ペレット型電気音響変換器であって、前記変換器のレベルで生成された音波が液体の表面まで伝搬し液体に浸漬され、前記液体の表面上でミクロンサイズの水滴の霧を生成する電気音響変換器と、
を備えることを特徴とする装置によって達成される。
Claims (8)
- ナノ粒子の安定な懸濁液を生成することにより、気体に担持されたナノメータまたはサブミクロンサイズの粒子を回収する装置であって、前記装置が容器(3)を含み、前記容器(3)が、
少なくとも1種類の液体を前記容器に注入する手段と、
粒子濾過手段(10)の後段の前記容器の上部に設けられた気体排出手段と、
粒子懸濁液排出手段(9)と、
を備え、
前記装置はさらに、気体に担持された前記ナノメータまたはサブミクロンサイズの粒子の全体または一部を移動させて液体中に分散させる液体リングポンプ(2)を備え、前記ポンプが、
前記ナノメータまたはサブミクロンサイズの粒子を担持する気体を前記ポンプに導入する手段と、
少なくとも1種類の液体を前記ポンプに注入する手段と、
前記ナノ粒子を担持する前記液体と粒子の移動の終端で得られた前記気体とを含む混合物を排出する手段と、
を備えることを特徴とし、
前記容器がさらに、
前記混合物を前記容器に導入する手段と、
前記容器内で液体に浸漬するための、少なくとも1つの圧電ペレット型電気音響変換器(7)であって、前記変換器のレベルで生成された音波が前記液体の表面まで伝搬し前記液体に浸漬され、前記液体の表面上でミクロンサイズの水滴の霧を生成する電気音響変換器(7)と、
を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記容器(3)が2つのコンパートメントに分割されており、一方のコンパートメントに入る液体はフィルタ(6)を通過することによって他方のコンパートメントに入ることができ、前記フィルタは、前記粒子が前記液体を通過することを阻止するように設計されており、前記液体は、前記フィルタを通過した後、少なくとも1種類の液体を前記液体リングポンプに注入する前記手段および/または少なくとも1種類の液体を前記容器に注入する前記手段に供給される請求項1に記載のナノメータまたはサブミクロンサイズの粒子を回収する装置。
- 前記2つのコンパートメントは一方が他方の上に位置づけられている請求項2に記載のナノメータまたはサブミクロンサイズの粒子を回収する装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの変換器(7)が前記フィルタ(6)上に設けられている請求項2に記載のナノメータまたはサブミクロンサイズの粒子を回収する装置。
- 前記混合物を前記容器(3)に導入する前記手段が、前記少なくとも1つの変換器(7)が浸漬されている前記容器に含まれた前記液体上にあるように位置づけられている請求項1に記載のナノメータまたはサブミクロンサイズの粒子を回収する装置。
- 前記混合物を前記容器に導入する前記手段が、前記少なくとも1つの変換器(7)が浸漬されている前記容器に含まれた前記液体に入るように位置づけられている請求項1に記載のナノメータまたはサブミクロンサイズの粒子を回収する装置。
- 前記混合物を前記容器(3)に導入する前記手段が、多数の孔が開いたスリーブを含む散布器を含む請求項6に記載のナノメータまたはサブミクロンサイズの粒子を回収する装置。
- 前記気体排出手段内にある液体を、前記濾過手段の後段に導入する手段をさらに含む請求項1に記載のナノメータまたはサブミクロンサイズの粒子を回収する装置。
