Description
・ ガラス断片または上述の組成物の混合物をスカルるつぼ内に装入する段階
を含む。
・ バーナーを用いて混合物またはガラス断片の一部を液化する段階、
・ 予備溶融された材料に高周波(HF)場をつなぎ、残っている混合物または断片を熱の導入によって溶融する段階。
Claims (10)
- La2O3、SiO2、B2O3、TiO2およびTa2O5を含有し、且つ、質量割合でのB2O3/SiO2比が1未満であり、且つ、以下の組成(酸化物に基づく質量%)を有する光学ガラス:
- 1つ以上の以下の成分を、以下の割合(酸化物に基づく質量%)で有する、請求項1に記載のガラス:
- La2O3+Ta2O5+Gd2O3+Nb2O5+Y2O3の質量%による割合の合計が、少なくとも50質量%である、請求項1または2に記載のガラス。
- 成分のそれぞれの割合の比(TiO2+ZrO2)/(Nb2O5+Gd2O3+Y2O3)が、0.4〜1.0である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のガラス。
- WO3、GeO2、Li2O、Na2O、K2O、Rb2O、Cs2O、MgO、CaO、BaO、SrO、ZnO、PbO、F、As2O3、Bi2O3および/または着色成分および/または光学活性成分からなる群から選択される1つ以上の成分を含まない、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のガラス。
- 1.90〜2.05の屈折率nd、および28〜39のアッベ数νdを有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のガラス。
- 試料厚10mmで、波長410nmでの内部透過率τiが少なくとも75%である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載のガラス。
- 交番電磁場を用いた、混合物の直接誘導加熱段階を含む、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のガラスの製造方法。
- レンズ、非球面体、プリズム、および圧縮部品およびそれらのプリフォームからなる群から選択される、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のガラスを含む光学素子。
- イメージング、投影、テレコミュニケーション、光通信技術、モバイルドライブ、レーザー技術からなる群から選択される分野における、および光学素子を製造するための、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のガラスの使用方法。
