Abstract
【解決手段】味料から選択される、十分な量の少なくとも1種の第1の呈味剤及び味覚増強剤及びアロマからなる群から選択される、十分な量の少なくとも1種の第2の呈味剤を添加するステップを含む方法。第1の呈味剤として、スクロース、グルコース、フルクトース、アセスルファムK、アスパルテーム、シクラミン酸、イソマルト、サッカリン等が、そして第2の呈味剤として、塩化ナトリウム及びミントアロマが例示される。

Description
口紅又はリップグロスに甘い風味を付与するための甘味料の組込みは、既に提案されている。この場合、甘味料の量は、一般に非常に少なく、組成物の重量の約0.01〜0.02重量%である。唇用のメイクアップ製品は、油ベース及びワックスベースであり、親油性成分を含有する。したがって、口紅又はリップグロスに組み込むために選ばれる有機UV遮断剤は、親油性である。
したがって、本発明の主題は、水性相を含有し、顔用ケアクリーム、化粧水、フェイスセラム若しくは美容液(face fluid)、ファンデーション、乳液、化粧落としローション又は顔用日焼け防止製品の形態である化粧用組成物中の親水性有機UV遮断剤の苦味をマスキングする方法であって、
−甘味料から選択される、十分な量の少なくとも1種の第1の呈味剤、及び
−味覚増強剤及びアロマから選択される、十分な量の少なくとも1種の第2の呈味剤
の上記組成物への添加を含む方法である。
親水性有機UV遮断剤は、ユーザーが組成物を唇又は唇の周囲の領域に偶発的に塗布したときにユーザーが経験する苦味に関与している可能性がある。
− Chimexにより、Mexoryl(登録商標)SXという商品名で販売されている、テレフタリリデンジカンファースルホン酸(INCI名:テレフタリリデンジカンファースルホン酸)、
− 欧州特許第669323号及び米国特許第2463264号に記載のビス−ベンゾアゾリル誘導体、より具体的には、Haarmann and Reimerにより、Neo Heliopan(登録商標)APという商品名で販売されている、化合物フェニルジベンゾイミダゾールテトラスルホン酸二ナトリウム、
− p−アミノ安息香酸(INCI名:PABA)及びその誘導体、例えば、1−(4−アミノベンゾエート)−1,2,3−プロパントリオール(INCI名:グリセリルPABA)、及び、BASFにより、Uvinul(登録商標)P25という商品名で販売されているPEG−25 PABAなど、
− 特に、Merckにより、Eusolex(登録商標)232という商品名で販売されている、2−フェニルベンゾイミダゾール−5−スルホン酸(INCI名:フェニルベンゾイミダゾールスルホン酸)、
− サリチル酸トリエタノールアミン、
− Chimexにより、Mexoryl(登録商標)SLという商品名で販売されている、3−(4’−スルホベンジリデン)カンファー(INCI名:ベンジリデンカンファースルホン酸)、
− Fairmount Chemicalにより、Tinosorb(登録商標)M、又はMixxim(登録商標)BB/100という参照名で販売されている、メチレンビス−ベンゾトリアゾリルテトラメチルブチルフェノール(USAN名:ビスオクトリゾール)、
− Chimexにより、Mexoryl SOという名称で販売されている、3−(4’−トリメチルアンモニウムベンジリデン)−1−ボルナン−2−オンメチルスルフェート(INCI名:カンファーメト硫酸ベンザルコニウム)、
− BASFにより、「Uvinul MS40」という商品名で販売されている、ベンゾフェノン−4、並びに、ベンゾフェノン−5、及びベンゾフェノン−9。
上記組成物は、甘い味を有する化合物である甘味料からなる第1の呈味剤を含む。
上記組成物は、有利には、味覚増強剤及びアロマから選択される少なくとも1種の第2の呈味剤を含むことができる。第2の呈味剤は、水溶性であることが好ましい。
上記組成物は、臭気のある(odorous)成分又は芳香付け(fragrancing)植物抽出物、例えば、販売用に提示されている化粧用製品の成分の一覧に載っているそのINCI名が「フレグランス」である成分のコレクションを含むことが好ましい。フレグランスは、周囲温度で揮発性であってその臭気が検出される化合物又は化合物の混合物である。
上記組成物は、顔に塗布することを意図したものであり、水中油若しくは油中水エマルジョン又は水性ゲルの形態であることが好ましい。上記組成物は、例えば、顔用ケアクリーム、化粧水、フェイスセラム若しくは美容液、ファンデーション、乳液、化粧落としローション、コントロールカラー(complexion base)、又は日焼け防止製品の形態である。
以下の組成物を調製した。
苦い親水性有機UV遮断剤及び呈味剤を含有する本発明の組成物の味、臭気及び色を、同じ苦い親水性UV遮断剤は含有するが呈味剤は含有しない基準組成物の味、臭気及び色と比較した。これらの基準試験は、対照1、対照2及び対照3と名付ける。それらの組成は、先の表に記載されている混合物の組成と一致し、ミントアロマもスクラロースも含有していない。対照3組成物は、10重量%のTinosorb(登録商標)M、すなわち、5乾燥重量%のビス−ベンゾトリアゾリルテトラメチルブチルフェノールを含有する。
苦味を等級付けるために、知覚の質の客観的及び記述的な特性決定の経験を有し、それにより快不快の要素を容易に無視することができるボランティアの参加者を募集した。
5=ゼロ
4=弱い
3=中程度
2=強い
1=非常に強い
苦味の等級付けの開始前に、各パネリストは、以下の条件を確立した。
−試験前の少なくとも2時間は何も飲食していない
−試験前の少なくとも2時間は喫煙していない
−可能な限り嗅覚的に最も中立な雰囲気の中にいる
−芳香付けされた化粧品を身につけないようにする
−熱すぎて味蕾の感受性を低下させる可能性がある食品を回避した。

臭気/フレグランス要素は、嗅覚専門家が判断した。
結果を、以下の3つの表に示す。
以下の組成物を調製した。
ステビアの抽出物及び塩化ナトリウムを排除することにより、組成物4に対応する対照組成物(対照4)を調製した。実施例1の手順に従って、知覚分析条件を作成した。結果を、以下の表に示す。
Claims (15)
- 水性相を含有し、顔用ケアクリーム、化粧水、フェイスセラム又は美容液、ファンデーション、乳液、化粧落としローション及び顔用日焼け防止製品からなる群から選択される製品の形態である化粧用組成物中の親水性有機UV遮断剤の苦味をマスキングする方法であって、前記組成物に、
甘味料から選択される、十分な量の少なくとも1種の第1の呈味剤、及び
味覚増強剤及びアロマからなる群から選択される、十分な量の少なくとも1種の第2の呈味剤
を添加するステップを含む方法。 - 前記親水性有機UV遮断剤が、テレフタリリデンジカンファースルホン酸、ビス−ベンゾアゾリル誘導体、p−アミノ安息香酸及びその誘導体、2−フェニルベンゾイミダゾール−5−スルホン酸、サリチル酸トリエタノールアミン、3−(4’−スルホベンジリデン)カンファー、メチレンビス−ベンゾトリアゾリルテトラメチルブチルフェノール、3−(4’−トリメチルアンモニウムベンジリデン)−1−ボルナン−2−オンメチルスルフェート、ベンゾフェノン−4、ベンゾフェノン−5、ベンゾフェノン−9、親水性担体に吸着又は吸収された親油性有機UV遮断剤、並びにそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記有機UV遮断剤が、ベンゾフェノン−4、2−フェニルベンゾイミダゾール−5−スルホン酸、若しくはメチレンビス−ベンゾトリアゾリルテトラメチルブチルフェノール、又はそれらの混合物である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記親水性有機UV遮断剤が、前記組成物の重量の0.1〜5重量%を占める、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の呈味剤が、スクロース、グルコース、フルクトース、アセスルファムK、アスパルテーム、シクラミン酸、及び、さらにそのナトリウム、カリウム及びカルシウム塩、イソマルト、サッカリン、及び、さらにそのナトリウム、カリウム及びカルシウム塩、スクラロース、アリターム、タウマチン、グリチルリジン酸及びその塩、ネオヘスペリジンジヒドロカルコン、ステビオールグルコシド、ネオテーム、アスパルテーム−アセスルファム塩、タガトース、ポリグリシトールシロップ、マルチトール、ラクチトール、キシリトール、エリスリトール、並びに、それらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステビオールグルコシドが、レバウジオシドA及びレバウジオシドAを含有する植物抽出物から選択される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記ステビオールグルコシドが、ステビアの抽出物、好ましくはステビアの水溶性抽出物である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の呈味剤がスクラロースである、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の呈味剤が、前記組成物の総重量の0.1〜1重量%、好ましくは0.2〜0.6重量%を占める、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の呈味剤が、塩化ナトリウム及びミントアロマから選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の呈味剤の濃度が、前記組成物の重量に対して0.0005〜0.5重量%、好ましくは0.01〜0.3重量%の範囲である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の呈味剤がステビオールグルコシドであり、第2の呈味剤が塩化ナトリウム、塩化カリウム、塩化亜鉛及びそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の呈味剤がスクラロースであり、第2の呈味剤が1種のアロマである、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の呈味剤がミントアロマである、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が水中油エマルジョンの形態である、請求項1に記載の方法。
