Description
Claims (15)
- 流動層反応器の反応室(20)を形成する底部(12)、屋根部(16)及び前記底部と前記屋根部との間を垂直に延びる複数の側壁(14)、並びに前記反応室に接続する固体分離器(18)を備える流動層反応器(10)であって、前記反応室の少なくとも1つの側壁(30.1)が前記反応室(20)内に少なくとも1つの窪み(34)を形成し、その窪みがほぼ垂直であり、前記少なくとも1つの側壁の面(32)から前記反応室に向かって延びることを特徴とする、流動層反応器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの窪みが、前記底部と前記屋根部との間の前記少なくとも1つの側壁の全長にわたって垂直に延びることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流動層反応器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの側壁及び前記少なくとも1つの窪みが水管壁で形成され、熱が前記反応室から前記水管壁へ伝達されうることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の流動層反応器。
- 前記反応室の2つの対向する側壁(30.2、30.4)が、前記少なくとも1つの側壁の前記面から前記反応室に向かって延びる、少なくとも1つのほぼ垂直な窪みを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流動層反応器。
- 前記反応室の前記2つの対向する側壁(30.2、30.4)が、前記反応室の2つの他の対向する側壁(30.1、30.3)より水平方向に長いことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の流動層反応器。
- 前記流動層反応器が、支持構造(40)によって少なくとも部分的に支持され、その支持構造が、少なくとも部分的に前記流動層反応器の下にある土台(44)によって支持される垂直な柱(42)を備え、前記柱(42)が、少なくとも部分的に前記垂直な窪み(34)内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の流動層反応器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの側壁の前記面から前記反応室に向かって延びる前記窪みが、前記少なくとも1つの側壁の前記面から前記反応室に向かって突出する前記少なくとも1つの側壁の一部で形成され、前記側壁の前記一部が、互いからある距離の範囲内にある2本の垂線上において前記少なくとも1つの側壁の前記面から偏倚した、少なくとも2つのほぼ垂直な窪んだ壁部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の流動層反応器。
- 前記垂線の前記距離が、少なくとも1mであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の流動層反応器。
- 前記少なくとも2つのほぼ垂直な窪んだ壁部が、前記垂線の間の前記距離の少なくとも2倍の距離にわたって、前記反応室に向かって延びることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の流動層反応器。
- 前記少なくとも2つのほぼ垂直な窪んだ壁部の前記反応室側の端部が、終端部(30.23)によって互いに接続されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の流動層反応器。
- 前記窪みが、含酸素反応ガスを前記底部の上の前記反応室に導入するための手段、及び/又は燃料を前記反応室に導入するための手段、及び/又は前記反応室内で発生する反応に関連する量を測定するための少なくとも1つのセンサを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の流動層反応器。
- 前記少なくとも2つのほぼ垂直な窪んだ壁部が、平らであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の流動層反応器。
- 前記少なくとも2つのほぼ垂直な窪んだ壁部が、前記少なくとも1つの側壁の前記面の法線から偏倚したある角度にあり、それにより、窪んだ壁部が、前記反応室に向かって延びて三角形又はくさび状の窪みを形成することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の流動層反応器。
- 互いに面する2つの窪みが、前記反応室の2つの対向する側壁上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項5又は13に記載の流動層反応器。
- 互いに面する前記2つの窪みが、反応ガスを前記反応室に導入するための手段を備え、前記手段が、前記反応ガスの前記導入が、動作中に前記反応室内の渦運動の生成を促進するような、前記側壁面に対する位置において方向づけられることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の流動層反応器。
