Description
Claims (20)
- 内側キャリアと外側キャリアにそれぞれ取り付けられた複数のばね要素を有し,前記ばね要素の各配列が対向又は相殺する向きに向けられ,各ばね要素が実質的に円弧に対応する形状を有し,前記外側キャリアは,車両のシャシに取り付けられるように適応されており,前記内側キャリアは,車両の車軸又はシャフトに取り付け可能であることを特徴とする車両用のスプリングサスペンションアセンブリ。
- 前記内側キャリアが,前記車両のシャフトに取り付け可能又は溶接可能な取り付けフランジ,或いは前記車両のシャフトと一体の取り付けフランジである請求項1記載のスプリングサスペンションアセンブリ。
- 前記内側キャリアが,前記車両の車軸又はシャフト上への取り付けに適した直径又は横断寸法を有する環状部材,或いは前記車軸又はシャフトを包囲するハウジングである請求項1記載のスプリングサスペンションアセンブリ。
- 環状ブシュ又は軸受を更に有する請求項3記載のスプリングサスペンションアセンブリ。
- 前記外側キャリアが,前記車両のシャシに取り付け可能で,前記ばね要素の前記各配列を保持するための開口部を有する外側ハウジングを有するか又は含む請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載のスプリングサスペンションアセンブリ。
- 前記外側キャリアが,前記車両のシャシに取り付け可能な前記外側ハウジングに取り付け可能な環状部材である請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載のスプリングサスペンションアセンブリ。
- ブシュ又は軸受を更に有する請求項5又は6記載のスプリングサスペンションアセンブリ。
- 前記内側キャリア及び外側キャリアが両方とも,(i)前記ばね要素のそれぞれの外側端部を前記外側キャリアに取り付ける際と,(ii)前記ばね要素のそれぞれの内側端部を前記内側キャリアに取り付ける際に,固定具と共に使用する開口部,ソケット,ピン又は突起を含む取り付け部材を具備する請求項1〜7いずれか1項記載のスプリングサスペンションアセンブリ。
- 前記内側キャリアが,前記ばね要素の隣接する前記配列をそれぞれ保持するための複数のレースを具備する請求項1〜8いずれか1項記載のスプリングサスペンションアセンブリ。
- 前記外側キャリアが,前記ばね要素の隣接する前記配列を保持するための複数のレースを具備する請求項1〜9いずれか1項記載のスプリングサスペンションアセンブリ。
- 前記ばね要素の前記各配列が,異なる平面内の向きを有する請求項1〜10いずれか1項記載のスプリングサスペンションアセンブリ。
- 前記ばね要素の前記各配列が,異なる幅又は厚みを有するか異なる材料で形成され,それにより,前記各配列が回転する際に,サスペンションアセンブリが回転後に回転前と異なる耐荷重能力を有する請求項1〜11記載のスプリングサスペンションアセンブリ。
- 前記外側ハウジングが,必要なときに前記ばね要素の前記各配列を回転させるための軸受又はブシュを有する請求項5又は6記載のスプリングサスペンションアセンブリ。
- 前記外側ハウジングが,車両の前記シャシの対応する面への取り付けを容易にする平坦面を有する請求項5,6又は7いずれか1項記載のスプリングサスペンションアセンブリ。
- 前記ばね要素の各配列が,アクチュエータによって作動されたときに移動可能である請求項1〜14記載のスプリングサスペンションアセンブリ。
- 前記外側キャリアが,更に前記ばね要素の前記各配列の隣接する外側端部に取り付けるための複数の取り付け孔を有し,それにより,前記ばね要素の前記各配列が,使用時に車両の前記シャフトの回転と一体的に回転する請求項2記載のスプリングサスペンションアセンブリ。
- 前記外側キャリアの外側に配置された軸受又はブシュを有する請求項16記載のスプリングサスペンションアセンブリ。
- 対向又は相殺する向きに向けられた前記ばね要素の各配列を具備する外側スプリングアセンブリを更に具備し,前記各ばね要素が実質的に円弧に対応する形状を有する請求項16又は17記載のスプリングサスペンションアセンブリ。
- 前記外側スプリングアセンブリが,前記外側キャリアに対して移動可能である請求項18記載のスプリングサスペンションアセンブリ。
- 前記ばね要素の各配列が,前記内側キャリアと前記外側キャリアのそれぞれに配置された対応するキー溝又はスロットに取り付け可能なそれぞれの内側端部と外側端部を有する請求項1〜7及び請求項9〜19のいずれか1項記載のスプリングサスペンションアセンブリ。
