Abstract
【解決手段】車両の排気管20にDPF25を接続し、車両が所定距離走行したときDPF25を再生する排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、車両走行中にPM堆積量の少ない走行パターンを認識し、走行パターンに基づいて所定距離を補正する制御装置32を備えることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システム。

Claims (4)
- 車両の排気管にDPFを接続し、前記車両が所定距離走行したとき前記DPFを再生する排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、車両走行中にPM堆積量の少ない走行パターンを認識し、該走行パターンに基づいて前記所定距離を補正する制御装置を備えることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システム。
- 前記制御装置は、DPF再生終了後からの車両の走行距離を積算する走行距離演算部と、前記走行パターンに基づいて実走行距離を小さく補正して補正走行距離を算出すると共に、該補正走行距離を前記走行距離演算部に入力する走行距離補正部とを備え、走行距離演算部により積算された走行距離が予め設定された設定距離以上になるとDPFを再生する請求項1記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
- 前記制御装置は、DPF再生終了後からの車両の走行距離を積算する走行距離演算部と、前記走行パターンに基づいて予め設定された設定距離を延長する設定距離延長部とを備え、走行距離演算部により積算された走行距離が設定距離以上になるとDPFを再生する請求項1記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
- 前記車両は、エンジンの吸排気管にターボチャージャーが接続されると共に、排気ガスを前記エンジンの吸気側に戻すEGR装置が設けられ、かつ前記DPFの下流側にSCR装置が接続され、
前記制御装置は、前記ターボチャージャーの開度、前記EGR装置のEGR開度、前記SCR装置の尿素噴射量、前記エンジンの燃料噴射タイミングの少なくとも一つから前記走行パターンを認識する請求項1〜3いずれか記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
