Abstract
Description
FeO、クロマイト鉱/精鉱の酸化は、スピネル構造を広げ、これは、空隙の形成によりクロマイト・スピネルの反応性を向上させる。

Claims (5)
- クロマイト鉱/精鉱を低温で予備酸化することによってクロム塊を製造する方法において、
前記金属クロム塊の化学組成が、
Cr: 50〜60%、
C: 3.0〜6.0%、
Si: 0.7〜1.0%、
S: 0.01〜0.03%、
P: 0.003〜0.04%であり、
前記金属塊の直径が0.5〜2.5cmであるクロム塊の製造方法。 - クロマイト鉱/クロム精鉱(Cr:Fe比=1.0〜3.3)を900℃の低温で炉中酸化する段階と、
酸化された鉱石を、混合物(7)中で還元剤石炭およびフラックス(石灰、シリカ)と混合する段階と、
ペレット製造装置(8)内で混合物をペレット化する段階と、
ペレットを、温度1400〜1600℃で回転炉床炉(9)内で還元する段階と、
分離装置(11)内でクロム塊をスラグから分離する段階とを含むクロム塊の製造方法。 - 金属化率50〜70%のクロム鉱石を得る請求項2に記載されたクロム塊の製造方法。
- 添付図面を参照して本明細書で事実上説明された、クロマイト鉱/精鉱を低温で予備酸化することによってクロム塊を製造する方法。
- 添付図面を参照して本明細書で事実上説明された前記方法で製造されたクロム塊。
