Abstract
【課題】 ティーバッグ等の抽出容器に用いる生分解性透水シートにおいて、沸水収縮率を小さくして良好な寸法安定性を持つ透水シートを得る方法を提供する。
【解決手段】 経糸及び緯糸にポリ−L−乳酸モノフィラメントを用いて、平織組織等で製織して織物を得る。この織物を、40℃の精練浴に浸漬する。精練浴は、弱アルカリ水溶液であるのが好ましい。精練後、織物を風乾するのも好ましい。そして、120℃の雰囲気下でセット加工することにより、生分解性透水シートを得る。この生分解性透水シートは、経及び緯共に沸水収縮率が3.50%以下となっているのが好ましい。沸水収縮率は、100℃の沸水中に3分間浸漬して測定されるものである。この生分解性透水シートを用いて、袋を形成し、袋の中に茶葉等を収納すれば、ティーバッグ等の抽出溶液が得られる。

Description
繊度26dtexのポリ−L−乳酸モノフィラメント(ユニチカファイバー株式会社製「テラマック」)を経糸及び緯糸に使用して、経糸密度及び緯糸密度共に99本/2.54cmとなるように、平織組織で製織して織物を得た。この織物を、ソーダ灰を溶解させた40℃の弱アルカリ水溶液(pH7.2)に、約1分間浸漬して精練を行った。精練後、風乾を行い、引き続いてピンテンター機に導入し、120℃の雰囲気下で30秒間セット加工を行い、透水シートを得た。
精練浴の温度を30℃に変更した他は、実施例1と同一の方法により、透水シートを得た。
精練浴の温度を50℃に変更した他は、実施例1と同一の方法により、透水シートを得た。
精練浴の温度を60℃に変更した他は、実施例1と同一の方法により、透水シートを得た。
セット加工の雰囲気温度を100℃に変更する他は、実施例1と同一の方法により、透水シートを得た。

実施例1及び比較例1〜7で得られた透水シートを、100℃の沸水に3分間浸漬して、経及び緯の沸水収縮率を測定した。沸水収縮率の測定は、各透水シートにつき3回行った。その結果を表1に示した。

なお、対照例は、実施例1で得られた織物(精練もセット加工も行っていないもの)の沸水収縮率を測定したものである。
本発明者は、実施例1で得られた透水シートの沸水収縮率が特異的に低くなるのは、モノフィラメント中の結晶の状態が安定しているためと推定した。この推定が正しいか否かを検討するために、実施例1及び比較例1〜3で得られた透水シートと対照例の織物から、各々、モノフィラメントを50cm採取し、緊張法にて結晶の融解温度を測定した。すなわち、50cm長さの各々のモノフィラメントに2gの荷重を負荷しながら、縦5mm、横1.5mm、厚さ0.5mmの銅板に巻き付け、巻き始めと巻き終わりとを結んで試料を作成した。そして、各試料をDSC測定用アルミパンに収納し、160℃から10℃/分の昇温速度で昇温し、DSCチャートを求めた。DSCチャートに現れたピーク温度は、以下の表2のとおりであった。

Claims (7)
- 経糸及び緯糸がポリ−L−乳酸モノフィラメントで構成された織物を、40℃の精練浴に浸漬した後、120℃の雰囲気下でセット加工することを特徴とするティーバッグ等の抽出容器に用いる生分解性透水シートの製造方法。
- 織物が平織組織である請求項1記載のティーバッグ等の抽出容器に用いる生分解性透水シートの製造方法。
- 精練浴は、弱アルカリ水溶液である請求項1記載のティーバッグ等の抽出容器に用いる生分解性透水シートの製造方法。
- 精練浴に浸漬した後、セット加工をする前に、織物を風乾させる請求項1記載のティーバッグ等の抽出容器に用いる生分解性透水シートの製造方法。
- 請求項1記載の方法で得られたティーバッグ等の抽出容器に用いる生分解性透水シート。
- 経及び緯の100℃で3分間の条件下での沸水収縮率が3.50%以下である請求項5記載のティーバッグ等の抽出容器に用いる生分解性透水シート。
- 請求項5又は6記載の生分解性透水シートを製袋してなるティーバッグ等の抽出容器。
