Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の巨大磁気抵抗複合材料体は、高分子材料で形成したポリマー基材と、複数のカーボンナノチューブと、を備えている。前記複数のカーボンナノチューブは、前記ポリマー基材に埋め込まれ、前記ポリマー基材における複数のカーボンナノチューブが前記ポリマー基材に間隔を置いて設置される。

Claims (3)
- 高分子材料からなるポリマー基材と、複数のカーボンナノチューブと、を備えた巨大磁気抵抗複合材料体であって、
前記複数のカーボンナノチューブは、前記ポリマー基材に埋め込まれ、
前記複数のカーボンナノチューブが、それぞれ間隔を置いて設置されていることを特徴とする巨大磁気抵抗複合材料体。 - 前記複数のカーボンナノチューブにおいて、隣接する2つのカーボンナノチューブ間の間隔は、2nm〜5μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の巨大磁気抵抗複合材料体。
- 前記巨大磁気抵抗複合材料体における前記複数のカーボンナノチューブの質量パーセンテージは0.2%〜2%であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の巨大磁気抵抗複合材料体。
