Abstract
【解決手段】一つの入口ポート11と二つの出口ポート12,13を含んでいる弁ハウジング10と、弁ハウジング10内に二つの最終端位置を往復揺動する弁体15を設け、弁体15は回動アーム18の一端に取付けられ、それぞれの出口ポート12,13と交番に協力するための弁体表面16を含んでいる弁プレートもしくはディスクの形を有する。弁体15を支持するアーム18は別の弁スペース内に収容され、そしてさらなる弁体が二つの流体入口ポート43の一方または他方を前記入口ポートに共通な一つの流体出口ポート45へ接続するさらなる弁体42へ機械的に接続される。

Claims (1)
- 当該ハウジング(10)を通過する駆動流体のための一つの入口ポート(11)と二つの出口ポート(12,13)を含んでいる弁ハウジング(10)と、
弁ハウジング(10)中の第1の弁スペース中に収容されそして二つの終端位置の間を可動である弁体(15)であって、該弁体は各自二つの終端位置のそれぞれにおいて関連する前記出口ポートの一つを閉鎖するように関連する出口ポートの一つと協力する相互に反対の表面(16)を含んでいるものと、
弁体(15)を前記二つの終端位置の間でリセットするための手段(26,50)とを備え、そして前記弁体は回動アーム(18)の一端に取付けられている弁装置であって、
前記弁体(15)は、出口ポート(12,13)とそれぞれ交番に協力するための相互に反対向きの表面(16)を含んでいる弁プレートもしくはディスクの形を有し、前記回動アーム(18)は、前記弁ハウジング(10)内の別の第2の弁スペース中に収容されているさらなる弁体(42)を駆動するために、前記一端の反対側の他端において該弁体(42)へ機械的に接続されており、さらなる弁体(42)は、二つの流体入口ポート(43)のいずれか一つを該二つの入口ポート(43)に共通の一つの流体出口ポート(45)へ接続する位置の間で駆動され、そして
前記弁装置は、気体駆動流体およびポンプによって輸送される液体作業流体それぞれのための弁制御される入口および出口(29,30)を有する二つのスペースを含んでいる複動ポンプに配位されており、
前記スペースの各自は、ダイアフラム(26)の形の可動パーティション壁(26,36,37)によって運転チャンバー(28)と作業チャンバー(27)とに分割されており、一方のパーティション壁(26,36,37)の運動を他方のパーティション壁へまたは反対に伝えるための装置が前記可動パーティション壁の間に延びており、運転チャンバー(28)の入口の各自は前記弁装置の第1の弁スペースに関連するそれぞれの出口ポート(12,13)へ連結されており、運転チャンバーの出口の各自は前記第2の弁スペースに関連するそれぞれの流体入口ポート(43)へ接続されており、そして
前記運転チャンバー(28)は、前記弁装置の両側に共に近く位置しており、前記パーティション壁(26)は、各自それぞれの出口ポート(12,13)中へ延び、そしてパーティション壁(26)がそれらの内端位置にある時、前記弁体(15)をリセットするように関連する弁体表面(16)上に作用するピン(50)を備えていることを特徴とする弁装置。
