Abstract
【解決手段】鋼管の表面に形成しためっき被膜と、前記めっき被膜を被覆する化成処理被膜と、前記化成処理被膜を被覆しエポキシ化合物を主体にアミド結合若しくはイミド結合を導入したエポキシ硬化型樹脂組成物からなるプライマー被膜と、前記プライマー被膜を被覆するポリアミド樹脂被膜とから多層の被膜を構成する。

Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態による車両配管用鋼管の横断面を示す図である。この図1において、参照番号10は、鋼管を示している。この実施形態では、鋼管10は、その外径が8mmであり、自動車の燃料配管やブレーキ配管などの車輌配管の素管に用いられる鋼管である。この実施形態以外にも、自動車配管では4〜42mmのさまざまなサイズの配管に適用することができる。
最上層のポリアミド樹脂被膜18は、押出成形により、膜厚が50〜300μmの範囲でコーティングを施す。

Claims (7)
- めっき被膜を含む多層の被膜で鋼管を被覆してなる車両配管用鋼管において、
前記多層の被膜が、鋼管の表面に形成しためっき被膜と、前記めっき被膜を被覆する化成処理被膜と、前記化成処理被膜を被覆しエポキシ化合物を主体にアミド結合若しくはイミド結合を導入したエポキシ硬化型樹脂組成物からなるプライマー被膜と、前記プライマー被膜を被覆するポリアミド樹脂被膜と、からなることを特徴とする車両配管用鋼管。 - 前記プライマー被膜は、エポキシ硬化型樹脂をベースにアミド結合またはイミド結合を導入した樹脂を混入したエポキシ硬化型樹脂組成物からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両配管用鋼管。
- 前記プライマー被膜は、エポキシ硬化型樹脂にアミド結合またはイミド結合の架橋構造を導入したエポキシ硬化型樹脂組成物からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両配管用鋼管。
- 前記プライマー被膜の膜厚は、0.5〜20μmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかの項に記載の車両配管用鋼管。
- 前記化成処理被膜は、クロム化合物を含有しないクロムフリー化成処理被膜からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両配管用鋼管。
- 前記めっき被膜は、電解めっき法若しくは溶融めっき法により形成した亜鉛めっき被膜からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両配管用鋼管。
- 鋼管は、端末加工が施された端末部を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかの項に記載の車両配管用鋼管
