Abstract
【解決手段】ポリオール成分とイソシアネートとを含むポリウレタン原料を発泡させてなるポリウレタンフォームにおいて、該ポリウレタン原料がポリオレフィンを含むことを特徴とするポリウレタンフォーム。好ましくは、ポリオレフィンは微粒子状のポリエチレンである。

Description
(i) 配合そのものを設計して熱可塑性を持たせる方法(熱可塑性エラストマーなど)
これは樹脂そのものを熱可塑化させる方法
(ii) ある種の配合剤(変性剤)などを添加し、化学構造上に取り込み、部分的に熱可塑性の構造を取り入れる方法
(iii) ウレタンフォーム類と熱可塑性シート等を組み合わせた複合シートなどを形成した後熱成形シートとして賦形する方法
(iv) 一般のウレタンフォームを高温熱プレスによって、賦形する方法などがある。

Claims (10)
- ポリオール成分とイソシアネートとを含むポリウレタン原料を発泡させてなるポリウレタンフォームにおいて、該ポリウレタン原料がポリオレフィンを含むことを特徴とするポリウレタンフォーム。
- 請求項1において、該ポリウレタン原料が架橋剤を含むことを特徴とするポリウレタンフォーム。
- 請求項1又は2において、該ポリオレフィンが粒子状であることを特徴とするポリウレタンフォーム。
- 請求項3において、ポリオレフィンの平均粒径が10〜100μmであることを特徴とするポリウレタンフォーム。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項において、前記ポリウレタン原料が該ポリオール成分100質量部に対しポリオレフィン5〜20質量部を含有することを特徴とするポリウレタンフォーム。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項において、該ポリオレフィンはポリエチレンであることを特徴とするポリウレタンフォーム。
- 請求項6において、ポリエチレンの数平均分子量が5万〜50万であることを特徴とするポリウレタンフォーム。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載のポリウレタンフォームを製造する方法であって、
前記ポリウレタン原料をメカニカルフロスにより発泡させることを特徴とするポリウレタンフォームの製造方法。 - 請求項8の製造方法により製造されたポリウレタンフォームを熱成型することを特徴とするポリウレタンフォームの成型方法。
- 請求項9において、ポリウレタンフォームを所要の熱成型温度以下の温度に加熱してから熱成型することを特徴とするポリウレタンフォームの成型方法。
