Abstract
【解決手段】EPDM 100重量部に対して、カーボンブラック5〜120重量部、瀝青質微粉末70〜150重量部および有機過酸化物0.2〜8重量部を含有するゴム組成物。このゴム組成物より得られた架橋ゴムは、炭酸ガス冷媒用シール材料に必要な特性である炭酸ガスの急減圧による耐発泡特性、高温時の製品寿命を左右する耐圧縮永久歪特性にすぐれているので、炭酸ガス冷媒に対するシール製品、例えばOリング、パッキン、ガスケット、オイルシール、バルブなどに好適に用いることができる。

以上の各成分をニーダおよびオープンロールで混練し、混練物について170℃、20分間のプレス加硫および150℃、30分間のオーブン加硫(二次加硫)を行い、150×150×2mmの架橋シートおよびG25サイズ(内径24.4mm、線径3.1mm)のOリングを得た。
実施例1において、FEFカーボンブラック量が10重量部に、瀝青炭微粉末量が140重量部にそれぞれ変更されて用いられた。

Claims (4)
- EPDM 100重量部に対して、カーボンブラック5〜120重量部、瀝青質微粉末70〜150重量部および有機過酸化物0.2〜8重量部を含有してなるゴム組成物。
- カーボンブラックが、FEFカーボンブラックまたはSRFカーボンブラックである請求項1記載のゴム組成物。
- 炭酸ガス用シール材成形材料として用いられる請求項1または2記載のゴム組成物。
- 請求項1または2記載のゴム組成物から架橋成形されたシール材。
