Abstract
【解決手段】磁気エンコーダ16は、周方向に交互に磁極が配置されたゴム製の多極磁石23を含む。多極磁石23は、ゴム組成物、磁性粉、内部離型剤および加硫剤を含む未加硫の磁性ゴムに、所定の方向に磁界をかけながら加熱圧縮成形することにより形成されている。ゴム組成物は、固形ゴムおよび液状ゴムを含む。液状ゴムの含有量は、固形ゴム100重量部に対し、10重量部以上100重量部以下である。内部離型剤の含有量は、固形ゴム100重量部に対し、0.5重量部以上2.5重量部以下である。

Claims (9)
- 周方向に交互に磁極が配置されたゴム製の多極磁石を含む磁気エンコーダであって、
前記多極磁石は、ゴム組成物、磁性粉、内部離型剤および加硫剤を含む未加硫の磁性ゴムを、所定の方向に磁界をかけながら加熱圧縮成形することにより形成されており、
前記ゴム組成物は、固形ゴムおよび液状ゴムを含み、
前記液状ゴムの含有量は、前記固形ゴム100重量部に対し、10重量部以上100重量部以下であり、
前記内部離型剤の含有量は、前記固形ゴム100重量部に対し、0.5重量部以上2.5重量部以下である、磁気エンコーダ。 - 前記ゴム組成物は、NBR(アクリロニトリルーブタジエンゴム)を含む、請求項1に記載の磁気エンコーダ。
- 前記NBRは、中高ニトリルゴムを含む、請求項2に記載の磁気エンコーダ。
- 前記加硫剤は、少なくともパーオキシサイド系加硫剤または硫黄系加硫剤のうち、いずれか一方を含む、請求項1または2に記載の磁気エンコーダ。
- 前記未加硫の磁性ゴムは、共架橋剤を含み、
前記共架橋剤は、ビスマレイミド系共架橋剤を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の磁気エンコーダ。 - 前記磁性ゴムは、前記固形ゴム100重量部に対し、前記磁性粉を1350重量部以上含有している、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の磁気エンコーダ。
- 前記磁性粉は、磁場配向用フェライト系磁性粉を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の磁気エンコーダ。
- 周方向に交互に磁極が配置されたゴム製の多極磁石を含む磁気エンコーダの製造方法であって、
固形ゴム、前記固形ゴム100重量部に対し1350重量部以上の量の磁性粉、前記固形ゴム100重量部に対し10重量部以上100重量部以下の量の液状ゴム、前記固形ゴム100重量部に対し0.5重量部以上2.5重量部以下の量の内部離型剤および加硫剤を含む未加硫の磁性ゴムを、収容部に収容する工程と、
前記収容部に所定の方向の磁界をかけながら、前記未加硫の磁性ゴムを加熱圧縮成形する工程とを備える、磁気エンコーダの製造方法。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の磁気エンコーダを含む、転がり軸受。
