Claims (10)
- 車両に搭載された車両駆動用の蓄電装置を車両外部の電源から充電可能に構成された車両の充電制御装置であって、
前記車両の外部に設けられ、前記電源から前記車両へ電力を供給するための電力ケーブルによって前記車両へ供給可能な定格電流の大きさに基づきパルス幅変調される第1の信号を生成して前記車両へ送信可能に構成された信号生成回路と、
前記車両に搭載され、前記信号生成回路からの前記第1の信号が通信される制御線に接続されて前記第1の信号の電位を段階的に変更可能に構成された抵抗回路と、
前記車両に搭載され、前記制御線を車両アースに電気的に接続可能に構成された接続回路とを備える、車両の充電制御装置。 - 前記車両に設けられ、前記電力ケーブルを接続可能に構成された充電口をさらに備え、
前記接続回路は、前記充電口において前記信号生成回路からの前記第1の信号を受ける端子を前記車両アースに電気的に接続可能に構成される、請求項1に記載の車両の充電制御装置。 - 前記接続回路は、
前記充電口において前記端子と前記制御線との接続部から分岐される分岐線と、
前記分岐線と前記車両アースとの間に接続されるスイッチとを含む、請求項2に記載の車両の充電制御装置。 - 前記車両に設けられ、前記電力ケーブルを接続可能に構成された充電口と、
前記制御線に電圧を発生可能に構成された電圧発生回路と、
前記電力ケーブルが前記充電口に接続されていないとき、前記接続回路により前記制御線を前記車両アースに電気的に接続したときの前記制御線の電位変化の有無によって前記制御線の断線検出を行なう断線検出装置とをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の車両の充電制御装置。 - 前記電力ケーブルと前記車両との接続を示す第2の信号を生成可能に構成された接続信号生成回路と、
前記充電口の蓋の開閉状態を検出する開閉検出装置と、
前記車両の速度を検出する車両速度検出装置とをさらに備え、
前記断線検出装置は、前記第2の信号ならびに前記開閉検出装置および前記車両速度検出装置からの各検出信号の少なくとも1つに基づいて前記電力ケーブルが前記充電口に接続されているか否かを判定し、前記電力ケーブルが前記充電口に接続されていないと判定したとき、前記制御線の断線検出を行なう、請求項4に記載の車両の充電制御装置。 - 車両駆動用の蓄電装置を車両外部の電源から充電可能に構成された車両であって、
前記電源から当該車両へ電力を供給するための電力ケーブルによって当該車両へ供給可能な定格電流の大きさに基づきパルス幅変調された第1の信号を伝送可能に構成された制御線と、
前記制御線に接続され、前記第1の信号の電位を段階的に変更可能に構成された抵抗回路と、
前記制御線を車両アースに電気的に接続可能に構成された接続回路とを備える車両。 - 前記電力ケーブルを接続可能に構成された充電口をさらに備え、
前記接続回路は、前記充電口において前記第1の信号を車両外部から受ける端子を前記車両アースに電気的に接続可能に構成される、請求項6に記載の車両。 - 前記接続回路は、
前記充電口において前記端子と前記制御線との接続部から分岐される分岐線と、
前記分岐線と前記車両アースとの間に接続されるスイッチとを含む、請求項7に記載の車両。 - 前記電力ケーブルを接続可能に構成された充電口と、
前記制御線に電圧を発生可能に構成された電圧発生回路と、
前記電力ケーブルが前記充電口に接続されていないとき、前記接続回路により前記制御線を前記車両アースに電気的に接続したときの前記制御線の電位変化の有無によって前記制御線の断線検出を行なう断線検出装置とをさらに備える、請求項6に記載の車両。 - 前記充電口の蓋の開閉状態を検出する開閉検出装置と、
当該車両の速度を検出する車両速度検出装置とをさらに備え、
前記断線検出装置は、前記電力ケーブルと当該車両との接続を示す第2の信号ならびに前記開閉検出装置および前記車両速度検出装置からの各検出信号の少なくとも1つに基づいて前記電力ケーブルが前記充電口に接続されているか否かを判定し、前記電力ケーブルが前記充電口に接続されていないと判定したとき、前記制御線の断線検出を行なう、請求項9に記載の車両。
