Claims (20)
- コバルトドライヤーを含む乾燥剤であって、前記コバルトドライヤーが、6重量%を超え且つ14重量%未満のコバルトを含んでなる、乾燥剤。
- 前記コバルトドライヤーは、約12重量%のコバルトを含んでなる、請求項1に記載の乾燥剤。
- 前記コバルトドライヤーは、1つ以上のコバルトキレートを含む、請求項2に記載の乾燥剤。
- マンガンドライヤーを更に含む、請求項2に記載の乾燥剤。
- 前記マンガンドライヤーは、炭化水素ベースの溶媒中に少なくとも1つのマンガンキレートを有するペーストを含む、請求項4に記載の乾燥剤。
- キリ油を更に含む、請求項2に記載の乾燥剤。
- 水活性化ドライヤーを更に含む、請求項2に記載の乾燥剤。
- 前記水活性化ドライヤーは、11重量%以下の濃度で石油を含む、請求項7に記載の乾燥剤。
- 2元ドライヤーを更に含む、請求項2に記載の乾燥剤。
- 前記2元ドライヤーは、トール酸コバルト、トール酸マンガンおよび酢酸コバルトを含む、請求項9に記載の乾燥剤。
- リソグラフィック・オーバープリントワニスを更に含む、請求項2に記載の乾燥剤。
- 前記リソグラフィック・オーバープリントワニスは、22重量%以下の濃度で石油を含む、請求項11に記載の乾燥剤。
- (a)約12重量%のコバルトを含むコバルトドライヤーと、
(b)マンガンドライヤーと、
(c)キリ油と、
(d)水活性化ドライヤーと、
(e)2元ドライヤーと、
(f)リソグラフィック・オーバープリントワニスと
を含んでなる乾燥剤。 - 前記乾燥剤は、
(a)1重量部の前記コバルトドライヤーと、
(b)1重量部の前記マンガンドライヤーと、
(c)1重量部の前記キリ油と、
(d)1重量部の前記水活性化ドライヤーと、
(e)1重量部の前記2元ドライヤーと、および
(f)1重量部の前記リソグラフィック・オーバープリントワニスと
を含んでなる請求項13に記載の乾燥剤。 - (a)容器中にマンガンドライヤーを供給する工程と、
(b)リソグラフィック・オーバープリントワニスを前記容器中に添加する工程と、
(c)約12重量%のコバルトを含むコバルトドライヤーを前記容器中に添加する工程と、
(d)2元ドライヤーを前記容器中に添加する工程と、
(e)水活性化ドライヤーを前記容器中に添加する工程と
を順に備えてなる。 - 前記乾燥剤の製造方法が、
(a)前記マンガンドライヤーと、前記リソグラフィック・オーバープリントワニスと、前記コバルトドライヤーと、前記2元ドライヤーと、前記水活性化ドライヤーとを、前記容器中で均一に分散された混合物を形成するまで、前記容器中で攪拌する工程と
(b)前記容器中にキリ油を添加する工程と
を更に備えてなる請求項15に記載の乾燥剤の製造方法。 - インク混合物であって、
(a)インク、
(b)約12重量%のコバルトを含むコバルトドライヤー、マンガンドライヤー、キリ油、水活性化ドライヤー、2元ドライヤーおよびリソグラフィック・オーバープリントワニスを含む乾燥剤、並びに、
(c)前記乾燥剤が当該インク混合物の3から50重量%であること、
を備えてなるインク混合物。 - 前記乾燥剤が当該インク混合物の10から15重量%である、請求項17に記載のインク混合物。
- (a)塗料、並びに、
(b)約12重量%のコバルトを含むコバルトドライヤー、マンガンドライヤー、キリ油、水活性化ドライヤー、2元ドライヤーおよびリソグラフィック・オーバープリントワニスを含む乾燥剤
を備えてなる塗料混合物。 - 前記乾燥剤は当該塗料混合物の約15重量%である、請求項19に記載の塗料混合物。
