Abstract

炭化水素を利用する水素の生成反応は、下記の化学式1乃至化学式3のように多様な反応を利用して進行させることが可能である。
そして、前記下部プレート400には、被加熱体排出管460と排出ガス排出管450が形成される。
前記燃料供給孔275は、次で説明する燃料誘導溝381と連接される。
従って、被加熱体流入孔211と被加熱体排出孔262は隔離状態になる。
又、酸化剤孔331と排出ガス孔352は隔離された状態である。
さらに、被加熱体の移動流路には水素発生を容易にするべく、改質触媒のコーティングを必要とする。
前記燃焼用薄板200と熱伝達用薄板300の厚さに対する制限条件はないが、熱伝達用薄板300の場合、同一の体積内に大きい比表面積を確保するために、微細流路の幅と深さを考慮して薄板の厚さを決める必要がある。
また、この時、進行させようとする反応の形態を考慮して薄板の厚さを決定する必要がある。
また、炭化水素の燃焼が進行される薄板の場合は、0.1〜1mmの薄板を使用し、この表面に酸化触媒をコーティングして加熱システムを構成することが好ましい。

Claims (3)
- 被加熱体流入口、燃料流入口、および酸化剤流入口を包含する上部プレートと;
被加熱体排出口および排出ガス排出口を包含する下部プレートと;
前記上部プレートと前記下部プレートとの間に交互に積層された複数の燃焼用薄板および複数の熱伝達用薄板とを包含する均一加熱のための微細流路加熱器であって;
前記燃焼用薄板と前記熱伝達用薄板の各薄板に、被加熱体流入孔、被加熱体排出孔、酸化剤孔、排出ガス孔、燃料孔、および微細流路溝が一致する位置にそれぞれ形成され;
前記燃焼用薄板の前記排出ガス孔と前記燃料孔とが前記微細流路溝によって連通され;
前記熱伝達用薄板の前記被加熱体流入孔と前記被加熱体排出孔とが前記微細流路溝によって連通され;
前記燃焼用薄板は、さらに燃料供給孔を有し、前記熱伝達用薄板の前記燃料孔に連通された燃料供給孔と連通して燃料の供給を受け;
前記上部プレートおよび該上部プレートの下部面に接する前記燃焼用薄板は、前記上部プレートにおける前記被加熱体流入口、燃料流入口、および酸化剤流入口が、前記燃焼用薄板における前記被加熱体流入孔、前記燃料孔、および前記酸化剤孔とそれぞれ一致するように位置決めされ;

- 前記熱伝達用薄板の微細流路溝に炭化水素の改質触媒が塗布されている請求項1に記載の均一加熱のための微細流路加熱器。
