Claims (1)

  1. 自動車のドアフレームの窓開口の湾曲部分と形状が一致する上部窓枠をＴＰＶ及びキャリヤから製造する方法であって、
    前記ＴＰＶを前記キャリヤと同時押出し成形するステップと、
    前記ＴＰＶを硬化させて前記上部窓枠を形成するステップと、
    前記上部窓枠を前記ＴＰＶの熱変形温度よりも高い温度まで加熱するステップと、
    前記上部窓枠を曲げ、前記ドアフレームの前記窓開口の前記湾曲部分と形状が一致するようにするステップ、と備えている、
    ことを特徴とする方法。
