Claims (11)
- 締付用具の方式で作動することのできる2つの関節状枝部品(11,12)、
枝部品(11,12)の遠位端(13,14)における、組織(30)をつかむためと組織(30)を通してそれが凝固するように凝固用電流を伝えるための電極部品(18,19)、
HF発振器からこれらの電極部品(18,19)に凝固用電流を供給するための電流供給装置(17)、および
短絡を防止するための少なくとも1つの装置(20)であって、電極部品(18,19)が接触できないように配置されているとともに構成されている装置(20)
を備えてなり、
短絡を防止するための装置(20)は、電極部品(18,19)の表面に構成されている、ことを特徴とする電気外科用器具。 - 短絡を防止するための装置(20)は、電極部品(18,19)の少なくとも1つの表面に絶縁用部分(21)として設けられた距離確保要素を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 絶縁用部分(21)に隣接して、少なくとも1つの初期切除用部分(18a)が、電極部品(18)の少なくとも1つの表面に、凝固用電流の電圧における増大を伴って、組織(30)を切断するためのアーク(23)が初期切除用部分(18a)から作られるような方法により配置されている、ことを特徴とする先行請求項の1つ、とりわけ請求項2に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 第2切除用部分(19a)が、絶縁用部分(21)の備わった電極部品(18)に対向する電極部品(19)の表面に構成されている、ことを特徴とする先行請求項の1つ、とりわけ請求項2または3に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 短絡を防止するための装置(20)は、次の特徴構成、すなわち
電極部品(18)の内部に構成された少なくとも1つの絶縁用部分(21)、
絶縁用部分(21)に対向する電極部品(19)の表面に構成された切除用部分(19a)として設けられた距離確保要素
を有し、
切除用部分(19a)は、枝部品(11,12)が互いに合わされたときに、絶縁用部分(21)に単に接触するようにして、配置されている、ことを特徴とする先行請求項の1つ、とりわけ請求項1に記載の電気外科用器具。 - 絶縁用部分(21)は、それぞれの電極部品(18,19)の表面における初期切除用部分(18a)および/または第2切除用部分(19a)に対して対称的に配置されている、ことを特徴とする先行請求項の1つ、とりわけ請求項2〜5の1つに記載の電気外科用器具。
- 距離確保要素は、機械的切除を実施することができるような方法で構成されている、ことを特徴とする先行請求項の1つ、とりわけ請求項2〜6の1つに記載の電気外科用器具。
- 切除用部分(18a,19a)は、電極部品(18,19)の少なくとも1つの表面に、基本的に三角形断面の備わった刃として構成されている、ことを特徴とする先行請求項の1つ、とりわけ請求項3〜7の1つに記載の電気外科用器具。
- 切除用部分(18a,19a)は、電極部品(18,19)の少なくとも1つの表面に、丸みのある部分の備わった刃として構成されている、ことを特徴とする先行請求項の1つ、とりわけ請求項3〜7の1つに記載の電気外科用器具。
- 絶縁用部分(21)は、アーク腐食に対して抵抗性のある材料から構成されている、ことを特徴とする先行請求項の1つ、とりわけ請求項2〜9の1つに記載の電気外科用器具。
