Abstract
【解決手段】陽極板410、陰極板420、及びセパレータ430からなる電極組立体400と、電極組立体を収容し、外周部分にシーリング部120、220を備える外装材300と、陰極板と電気的に接続され、シーリング部と接触した第1タブテープ520、720に被覆された陰極タブ425、625と、陽極板と電気的に接続され、端部のうち1つまたは両方がシーリング部内側に位置しシーリング部と少なくとも一部が接触した第2タブテープ510、510’、510’、710に被覆された陽極タブ415、615とを備えることを特徴とする。

Description
まず、本発明の第1の実施形態に係るパウチ型二次電池の構成について説明する。図1Aは本発明の第1実施形態に係るパウチ型二次電池の分解斜視図であり、図1B及び図1Cは本発明の第1実施形態に係るパウチ型二次電池の結合状態の平面図及び陽極タブ部分の側面図である。
次に、本発明の第2の実施形態に係るパウチ型二次電池の構成について説明する。図2A及び図2Bは、本発明の第2実施形態に係るパウチ型二次電池の結合状態の平面図及び陽極タブ部分の側面図である。
次に、本発明の第3の実施形態に係るパウチ型二次電池の構成について説明する。図3A及び図3Bは、本発明の第3実施形態に係るパウチ型二次電池の結合状態の平面図及び陽極タブ部分の側面図である。

Claims (22)
- 陽極板、陰極板、及びセパレータからなる電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容し、外周部分にシーリング部を備える外装材と、
前記陰極板と電気的に接続され、前記シーリング部と接触した第1タブテープに被覆された陰極タブと、
前記陽極板と電気的に接続され、端部のうち1つまたは両方が前記シーリング部内側に位置し前記シーリング部と少なくとも一部が接触した第2タブテープに被覆された陽極タブと、
を備えることを特徴とする、パウチ型二次電池。 - 前記外装材は、
上部外装材と、
前記上部外装材と一端面が接合され、前記電極組立体を収容するための空間部が形成された下部外装材と、
を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記シーリング部は、
前記上部外装材の端部に備えられた上部シーリング部と、
前記下部外装材の端部に備えられた下部シーリング部と、
を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記外装材は、
金属材からなる金属層と、
前記金属層一面に形成される熱融着層と、
前記熱融着層が形成される前記金属層一面の反対の面に形成される絶縁膜と、
を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記金属層は、前記陽極タブと電気的に接続された状態であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記金属層は、アルミニウム材質で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記熱融着層は、変性ポリプロピレンで形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記第2タブテープは、前記第1タブテープよりも軟性材質であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記第2タブテープは、前記第1タブテープよりも厚さが薄いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記陽極タブは、前記陰極タブよりも厚さが厚いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記第2タブテープは、前記第1タブテープよりも縁融点が低い材質であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記陽極タブの厚さと前記第2タブテープの厚さとを合わせた厚さが前記陰極タブの厚さと前記第1タブテープの厚さとを合わせた厚さと等しいことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 陽極板、陰極板及びセパレータからなる電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容する外装材と、
前記陰極板と電気的に接続され、前記外装材に接触した第1タブテープに被覆された陰極タブと、
前記陽極板と電気的に接続され、前記第1タブテープよりも厚さが薄く前記外装材と少なくとも一部が接触した第2タブテープに被覆された陽極タブと、
を備えることを特徴とする、パウチ型二次電池。 - 前記外装材は、
端部に上部シーリング部を含む上部外装材と、
端部に下部シーリング部を含む下部外装材とからなって、
前記下部外装材は前記電極組立体を収容するための空間部が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記外装材は、
金属材からなる金属層と、
前記金属層一面に形成される熱融着層と、
前記熱融着層が形成される前記金属層一面の反対の面に形成される絶縁膜と、
を備えることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記金属層は、前記陽極タブと電気的に接続された状態であることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記金属層は、アルミニウム材質で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記熱融着層は、変性ポリプロピレンで形成されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載のパウチ型二次電池。

- 前記陽極タブの厚さと前記第2タブテープの厚さとを合わせた厚さが前記陰極タブの厚さと前記第1タブテープの厚さとを合わせた厚さと等しいことを特徴とする、請求項20に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
