Abstract

f)前記障壁層に隣接し、不活性化層を形成する物質の堆積で前記障壁層を被覆するプラズマを形成する工程とを含む、複合材料を作製するための方法。 - g)気体組成を導入するための気体ランスを設ける工程をさらに含み、
工程e)において、前記気体組成と前記障壁層の間の前記インパルス高電圧が、前記調整チャンバをアースして前記気体ランスをインパルス高電圧に接続することにより生成される、複合材料を作製するための請求項17に記載の方法。 - g)気体組成を導入するための気体ランスを設ける工程をさらに含み、

- 前記重イオンが希ガスイオンである請求項22に記載の方法。
