Description
上記の目的を達成すべく、本発明に係る白色発光ダイオードは、青色発光ＬＥＤチップと、前記青色発光ＬＥＤチップの上に所定の配合比で塗布されて、前記青色発光ＬＥＤチップから放出される光を白色光に変換するための黄色、緑色及び赤色発光蛍光体と、を含む。ここで、前記黄色発光蛍光体は、珪酸塩系蛍光体であり、前記緑色発光蛍光体は、（Ｂａ，Ｓｒ，Ｃａ，Ｍｇ） 2 ＳｉＯ 4 ：Ｅｕ，Ｒｅで構成される珪酸塩系、又は（Ｓｒ，Ｃａ）Ｇａ 2 Ｓ 4 ：Ｅｕ，Ｒｅで構成される硫化物系蛍光体であり、前記赤色発光蛍光体は、（Ｓｒ，Ｃａ，Ｂａ）ＡｌＳｉＮ：Ｅｕ，Ｒｅで構成される窒化物系、又は（Ｓｒ，Ｃａ）Ｓ：Ｅｕ，Ｒｅで構成される硫化物系蛍光体であり、前記緑色、赤色発光蛍光体中のＲｅは、希土類コドーピングである。
Claims (6)
- 青色発光ＬＥＤチップと、
前記青色発光ＬＥＤチップの上に所定の配合比で塗布されて、前記青色発光ＬＥＤチップから放出される光を白色光に変換するための黄色、緑色及び赤色発光蛍光体と、を含み、
前記黄色発光蛍光体は、珪酸塩系蛍光体であり、
前記緑色発光蛍光体は、（Ｂａ，Ｓｒ，Ｃａ，Ｍｇ） 2 ＳｉＯ 4 ：Ｅｕ，Ｒｅで構成される珪酸塩系、又は（Ｓｒ，Ｃａ）Ｇａ 2 Ｓ 4 ：Ｅｕ，Ｒｅで構成される硫化物系蛍光体であり、
前記赤色発光蛍光体は、（Ｓｒ，Ｃａ，Ｂａ）ＡｌＳｉＮ：Ｅｕ，Ｒｅで構成される窒化物系、又は（Ｓｒ，Ｃａ）Ｓ：Ｅｕ，Ｒｅで構成される硫化物系蛍光体であり、
前記緑色、赤色発光蛍光体中のＲｅは、希土類コドーピングであることを特徴とする白色発光ダイオード。 - 前記黄色、緑色及び赤色発光蛍光体の配合比は、０．５≦黄色発光蛍光体＜１、０．０１＜緑色発光蛍光体≦０．４、０．０１＜赤色発光蛍光体≦０．１であり、ただし、黄色発光蛍光体＋緑色発光蛍光体＋赤色発光蛍光体＝１であることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の白色発光ダイオード。
- 前記黄色、緑色及び赤色発光蛍光体は、互いに混合されて散在していることを特徴とする請求項１または２に記載の白色発光ダイオード。
- 前記黄色、緑色及び赤色発光蛍光体は、レイヤー形態で順次積層されていることを特徴とする請求項１から３のいずれか一つに記載の白色発光ダイオード。
- 前記黄色、緑色及び赤色発光蛍光体は、モールディング材と共に混合されて塗布されていることを特徴とする請求項１から４のいずれか一つに記載の白色発光ダイオード。
- 前記モールディング材は、シリコーン（ｓｉｌｉｃｏｎｅ）、ハイブリッド（ｈｙｂｒｉｄ）、エポキシ（ｅｐｏｘｙ）及びポリビニール（ｐｏｌｙｖｉｎｙｌ）系レジンで構成された群から選択された何れか一つからなることを特徴とする請求項５に記載の白色発光ダイオード。
