Abstract
【解決手段】軸54とアクチュエータ30を有する容器に保持された薬剤を懸濁状態に維持する装置において、容器を軸の回りに回転させ、供給力を選択的に付与する回転手段51と、回転手段に駆動可能に接続され、容器から懸濁剤を提供する提供手段とからなり、提供手段は回転手段から供給力をアクチュエータに伝達する。

Description
懸濁媒体内で懸濁した薬剤を供給し、注入と一致する時間の間、薬剤の懸濁液を維持するための装置および方法が開示されている。本発明は、輸液注入またはボーラス注射によるいずれかの方法で薬剤を投与するのに使用される。ここで用いられているように、注入という用語は、遅い速度で、かつ長時間に渡って容器から患者の体内に薬剤を注射することを意味し、これと比較してボーラス注射は、相対的に速い速度で、かつ短時間で容器の内容物全てを患者の体内に注射することを意味する。本発明の装置は、薬剤を懸濁した状態で維持するとともに、薬剤を関連した容器から供給する速度を、例えば、遅く、速く、一時停止、中断、終了などのように変更可能になっている。

Claims (21)
- 軸とアクチュエータを有する容器に保持された薬剤を懸濁状態に維持する装置において、
前記容器を前記軸の回りに回転させ、供給力を選択的に付与する回転手段と、
前記回転手段に駆動可能に接続され、前記容器から懸濁剤を提供する提供手段とからなり、
前記提供手段は前記回転手段から前記供給力を前記アクチュエータに伝達することを包含可能な装置。 - 前記提供手段は、前記容器が前記回転手段により回転している間、前記容器から懸濁剤を射出する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 注入器に収容された薬剤を懸濁状態に維持する装置であって、前記注入器は、軸を有し、薬剤を保持する筒部と該筒部に装着されたプランジャーとからなる装置において、
軸を有するねじ付き主軸と、
該ねじ付き主軸に駆動可能に接続され、前記注入器の軸か前記主軸の軸のいずれか一方の回りに前記主軸を回転させるロータリーモータと、
前記注入器に取り付けられた第1部分と、前記ねじ付き主軸に取り付けるために前記注入器から離れて延びる第2部分とを有する保持部材と、
前記主軸に装着され、前記薬剤が懸濁状態にある間に、前記注入器の回転中に前記プランジャーを前進させて前記注入器から薬剤を提供するのに十分な力を前記プランジャーに選択的に作用させるように形成された力作用部材とからなる装置。 - 前記力作用部材を前記主軸に選択的に係合させるように適合されたクラッチアセンブリをさらに有する請求項3に記載の装置。
- 容器に収容された薬剤を懸濁状態に維持する装置であって、前記容器は該容器から薬剤を提供するために駆動可能なアクチュエータを有する装置において、
円筒壁と軸を有する容器のハウジングと、
前記円筒壁の内部に配置され、前記容器を受け入れて保持するように形成され、前記ハウジングの前記軸の回りに回転可能に移動するように適合された内部部材と、
前記内部部材を回転させるために前記内部部材に駆動可能に接続されたモータとからなり、
前記内部部材は、前記容器のアクチュエータに駆動可能に接続されて前記容器から薬剤を提供し、前記容器内の薬剤は、前記内部部材の回転により懸濁状態に維持される装置。 - 前記ハウジングの円筒壁は、ねじ付き内部を有し、前記内部部材は、前記円筒壁のねじ付き内部に係合するねじ付き周辺部を有し、前記ねじ付き部分間の係合により前記内部部材が前記ハウジングの軸に対して回転する請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記内部部材は、該内部部材の表面から外側へ半径方向に延びる第1フランジを有し、該第1フランジは前記ハウジングの前記円筒壁と係合して回転運動するように適合されている請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記壁はねじ付き内部を有し、前記第1フランジは前記ハウジングの円筒壁の前記ねじ付き内部と係合するねじ付き周辺部を含む請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記ハウジングは、少なくとも1つの開口端と該開口端に取り外し可能に装着されたカバーとを有する請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記カバーは前記容器にコネクターを取り付けることができる開口を有する請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記コネクターは、前記カバーにより静止状態に保持された第1部分を有し、該第1部分は前記容器に回転するように取り付けられた第2可回転部に液密状態で接続されている請求項10に記載の装置。
- アクチュエータと容器軸を有する容器内にある薬剤を懸濁状態に維持する方法において、
前記容器を回転軸の回りに回転させて前記薬剤を十分に懸濁させ、
前記容器が回転して前記薬剤を懸濁状態に維持している際に、前記アクチュエータを駆動するのに十分な力を前記アクチュエータに作用させて、前記容器から前記薬剤を提供する方法。 - 前記容器の回転および前記薬剤の提供は同時に行なう請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記容器の回転は前記薬剤の提供の前に行なう請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記薬剤の提供を中断し、前記容器の回転を維持する請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記容器の回転は、前記回転軸の回りに遊星駆動で前記容器を回転させることからなる請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記容器軸と前記回転軸は同一線上にある請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記容器の回転の前に、前記容器に前記薬剤を予め充填することをさらに有する請求項12に記載の方法。
- 容器と、該容器内の懸濁媒体中の薬剤とをさらに有する請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記薬剤は造影剤である請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記容器は注入器である請求項19に記載の方法。
