Abstract
【解決手段】プラスチックレンズ12又はプラスチックレンズアレイ14を含むレンズ光学系において、前記プラスチックレンズ12又はプラスチックレンズアレイ14の熱膨張を、ガラス基板20、又は、例えば光路用の透光穴32が形成された金属板30、34により機械的に拘束して、温度変化によるレンズ曲率Rの変化を制御することで、焦点位置Fの温度変化を軽減する。

Claims (8)
- プラスチックレンズを含むレンズ光学系において、
前記プラスチックレンズの熱膨張を機械的に拘束して、温度変化によるレンズ曲率の変化を制御することで、焦点位置の温度変化を軽減するレンズ拘束手段を備えたことを特徴とするレンズ光学系。 - 前記プラスチックレンズがレンズアレイであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレンズ光学系。
- 前記レンズ拘束手段が、プラスチックレンズが固定されるガラス基板であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のレンズ光学系。
- 前記レンズ拘束手段が、プラスチックレンズが固定される、光路用の透光穴が形成された金属板であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のレンズ光学系。
- 前記金属板に、プラスチックレンズを他の部材に取付けるための取付手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のレンズ光学系。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のレンズ光学系を含んで片側テレセントリック光学系が構成されていることを特徴とするレンズ光学系。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のレンズ光学系を含んで両側テレセントリック光学系が構成されていることを特徴とするレンズ光学系。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のレンズ光学系を備えたことを特徴とする光電式エンコーダ。
