排出ガス熱を回収する間に、供給空気及び/又は供給燃料を予備加熱するための予備加熱装置(20)であって、バーナ(16)に接続され、その熱回収比(ΔT1/ΔT2)は、0.5よりも大きい予備加熱装置(20)を有し、
予備加熱装置(20)を取り囲む環状チャンバー(10)であって、それを通してリフォーメートが流れ、且つ、外部に向かって熱的に断熱する環状チャンバー(10)を有し、
圧力下で水蒸気の発生のために用いられ、環状チャンバー(10)に配置される配管蒸発器(24)を有し、
作り出されたリフォーメートの一酸化炭素部分の大規模な除去のための後続リアクタ(37、39、39a)であって、環状チャンバーにまた配置され、水が流れる配管蒸発器(24)と熱的に関連する後続リアクタ(37、39、39a)を有する、
コンパクト蒸気改質装置。 - リフォーメートと水が、同一流れ方向で後続リアクタ(37、39、39a)と配管蒸発器(24)とを通って流れることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンパクト蒸気改質装置。
- 水/リフォーメート逆流冷却器(29)が、配管蒸発器(24)の入口側と後続リアクタ(37、39、39a)の出口側とに接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンパクト蒸気改質装置。
- 後続リアクタ(37、39、39a)が、シフト触媒(37)及び/又はメタン発生触媒(39)及び/又は後続酸化触媒(39a)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンパクト蒸気改質装置。
- 配管蒸発器(24)が、耐圧コイル管として構成され、当該コイル管は、後続反応を促進するための触媒(37、39、39a)が配置されるコイル空間を規定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンパクト蒸気改質装置。
- 配管蒸発器(24)が耐圧リブ付き配管として具体化されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンパクト蒸気改質装置。
- 圧力調整器(42)が、配管蒸発器(24)の出口に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンパクト蒸気改質装置。
- 圧力調整器(42)は、蒸発配管(24)中の水の蒸発温度が、130℃〜280℃の間の温度に設定されるような圧力に調整することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のコンパクト蒸気改質装置。
- 配管蒸発器(24)中の物質の流れは、後続リアクタ(37、39、39a)と熱的に関連する領域で、液層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンパクト蒸気改質装置。
- 噴射ポンプ(44)は、配管蒸発器(24)と接続され、当該噴射ポンプは、吸込みによって燃料を添加することと、リアクタ(9)に供給するための水蒸気/燃料混合物を生成することとのために用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンパクト蒸気改質装置。
- 噴射ポンプ(44)は、無調整噴射ポンプであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のコンパクト蒸気改質装置。
- リアクタ(9)は、温度センサー(48)と接続され、当該センサーは、温度が低下した場合に給水供給が増加するように、配管蒸発器(24)の給水供給に作用するために用いられ、逆もまた同様に用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンパクト蒸気改質装置。
- 温度センサー(48)が、燃焼空気をバーナ(16)に供給するためのブロワ(49)を制御することを特徴とする請求項12に記載のコンパクト蒸気改質装置。
- バーナ(16)は、接続された燃料電池(52)のアノードから残留ガスを少なくとも部分的に供給されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンパクト蒸気改質装置。
- 圧力下で水蒸気を発生させるための蒸発器(24)と蒸発器(24)に接続される噴射ポンプ(44)とを有する蒸気改質装置を用いて燃料の蒸気改質をするための方法において、蒸発器(24)で生成された蒸気が、推進体として噴射ポンプ(44)に供給され、吸込みによって燃料を添加することを用いて、リアクタ(9)へ供給するために、水蒸気/燃料混合物が生成される方法。
- 蒸発器(24)は、後続リアクタ(37、39、39a)との熱接触によって加熱され、当該後続リアクタ(37、39、39a)は、生成されたリフォーメートの一酸化炭素部分の大規模な除去のために用いられることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 蒸発器(24)の運転は、その圧力の調整を用いて行われることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 蒸発器圧力は、蒸発器(24)の運転の間一定に保持されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 蒸発器(24)の出力調整は、蒸発器(24)に供給される給水量を調整することを用いて行われることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
