Abstract
【解決手段】水素イオン指数がpH7〜pH10の範囲内、分子量が2万〜7万の範囲内、粒子径が10nm〜100nmの範囲内である水分散型エポキシエステル樹脂Aを100重量部(うち固形分40重量部)、カーボンブラックを2重量部、イオン交換水を100重量部、ポリカルボン酸系の分散剤を1重量部、シリコン系の消泡剤を1重量部、コバルト系のドライヤーを1重量部配合したものに、亜鉛・リン酸系防錆顔料を1重量部〜10重量部配合してなる水性塗料組成物。

Claims (4)
- 水分散型エポキシエステル樹脂と、水と、亜鉛・リン酸系防錆顔料とを含有する水性塗料組成物であって、
前記水分散型エポキシエステル樹脂は水素イオン指数がpH7〜pH10の範囲内、分子量が2万〜7万の範囲内、粒子径が10nm〜100nmの範囲内であり、
前記水分散型エポキシエステル樹脂の固形分1重量部〜500重量部に対して前記亜鉛・リン酸系防錆顔料の含有量が1重量部〜50重量部であり、
揮発性有機化合物(VOC)量が前記水性塗料組成物全体に対して1重量%〜20重量%であることを特徴とする水性塗料組成物。 - 前記水分散型エポキシエステル樹脂の固形分5重量部〜100重量部に対して前記亜鉛系防錆顔料の含有量が1重量部〜50重量部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水性塗料組成物。
- 前記亜鉛・リン酸系防錆顔料は酸化亜鉛、亜リン酸亜鉛、オルトリン酸亜鉛、ポリリン酸亜鉛、トリポリリン酸アルミニウムのうちいずれか、またはこれらのうち二つ以上を併用したものであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の水性塗料組成物。
- 更に添加剤として分散剤、消泡剤、ドライヤーを添加したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のうちいずれか1つに記載の水性塗料組成物。
