Abstract
【解決手段】車体側部材Cと車輪側部材Aとの間に介装されて車体の上下振動を減衰させるダンパ2と、ダンパ2に対して作動油3を給排する作動油給排装置21と、作動油給排装置21に対して圧縮空気23を給排する空気給排装置31とから車高調整機能付きダンパ1を構成する。作動油給排装置21は、シリンダチューブ4に連通すると共に作動油3を貯留する油圧シリンダ室22、および油圧シリンダ室22より断面積が大きく圧縮空気23が給排される空圧シリンダ室24を有するシリンダ25と、空圧シリンダ室24を画成する空圧側ピストン26と、油圧シリンダ室22を画成すると共に空圧側ピストン26と一体に移動する油圧側ピストン27とから構成される。

Claims (4)
- 車体側部材と車輪側部材との間に介装されて車体の上下振動を減衰させるダンパと、
圧縮空気が給排されることにより、前記ダンパに対して作動液を給排する作動液給排手段と、
前記作動液給排手段に対して圧縮空気を給排する空気給排手段と
を備え、前記ダンパに対して前記作動液を給排することによって、前記車体側部材と車輪側部材とを離反または接近させる車高調整機能付きダンパであって、
前記ダンパは、
前記作動液が充填されると共に前記車体側部材と前記車輪側部材とのいずれか一方に連結されたシリンダチューブと、
前記シリンダチューブ内を第1液室と第2液室とに画成するピストンと、
前記ピストンと前記シリンダチューブとの少なくとも一方に形成されて前記作動液を前記第1液室と前記第2液室との間で移動させる流路と、
前記車体側部材と前記車輪側部材とのいずれか他方と前記ピストンとを連結するピストンロッドとを有し、
前記作動液給排手段は、
前記作動液を貯留すると共に前記シリンダチューブに連通した液圧シリンダ室、および当該液圧シリンダ室より断面積が大きく前記圧縮空気が給排される空圧シリンダ室を有するシリンダと、
前記空圧シリンダ室を画成する空圧側ピストンと、
前記液圧シリンダ室を画成すると共に前記空圧側ピストンと一体に移動する液圧側ピストンとを有することを特徴とする車高調整機能付きダンパ。 - 前記空圧側ピストンと前記液圧側ピストンとが、連結ロッドにより連結されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車高調整機能付きダンパ。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載された車高調整機能付きダンパを少なくとも一対備えた車両であって、
一方の車高調整機能付きダンパの作動液給排手段を構成する第1の空圧シリンダと、他方の車高調整機能付きダンパの作動液給排手段を構成する第1の空圧シリンダとが、軸心が略一致するように対向配置され、
前記第1の空圧シリンダ内に摺動自在に配置されて空圧シリンダ室を画成する第1の対向ピストンと、
前記第2の空圧シリンダ内に摺動自在に配置されて空圧シリンダ室を画成する第2の対向ピストンと、
前記第1の対向ピストンと前記第2の対向ピストンとを連結する連結手段と、
前記連結手段を前記第1の空圧シリンダ側および前記第2の空圧シリンダ側へ駆動するアクチュエータと
を備えたことを特徴とする車両。 - 前記少なくとも一対の車高調整機能付きダンパは、車体の左右に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両。
