本発明の局面は、通信ネットワークに関し、移動可能な無線音声およびデータ通信ネットワークに関する。
平均的なビジネスの専門家は、卓上電話で使用可能な広範にわたる機能に慣れ親しんでいる。しかしながら、仕事場から離れているときには、たとえ携帯電話を所持しているとしても、これらの機能を使用することができない。単純な電話転送を使用して、卓上電話にかかった電話を、代わりに携帯電話で受信するように別ルートで送出することができる。しかしながら、この単純な転送機構は、ユーザに対して、卓上で慣れ親しんだ機能を提供するものではない。

Claims (34)
- WLANスイッチからの呼び出しを無線構内情報通信網(WLAN)上で無線通信システムへハンドオフする方法であって、
無線通信システムを介したWLANスイッチから加入者装置への呼び出しを開始することと、
無線通信システムから呼び出しを受信することと、
無線構内情報通信網からの呼び出しを、無線通信システムへの接続へ切り換えることを含む、方法。 - 登録メッセージをWLANスイッチへ送出する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 登録メッセージをWLANスイッチから受信する、請求項2に記載の方法。
