Claims (10)
- 基板上に形成される有機発光素子において、
前記基板上に金属酸化物を含む第1電極と、
前記第1電極上にランタン系列とアクチニウム系列の元素からなるグループから選ばれた一つ以上の金属を添加して合金化した銀を含む第2電極と、
前記第2電極上に金属酸化物を含む第3電極を備える画素電極を含むことを特徴とする有機発光素子。 - 前記銀合金は、前記銀の属する11族のうち、少なくとも一つの金属をさらに添加して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記銀合金は前記ランタン系列と前記アクチニウム系列から選ばれたサマリウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記サマリウムは0.1から0.6at%(原子百分率)までであることを特徴とする請求項3記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記銀合金に添加された前記11族から選ばれた金属は、0.4から1at%までであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記銀合金は、前記ランタン系列と前記アクチニウム系列から選ばれたテルビウムをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記テルビウムは0.4から1at%までであることを特徴とする請求項6記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記第1電極と前記第3電極の各々の厚さは、前記第2電極厚さに比べて薄く形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記第1電極と前記第3電極の各々はインジウム錫酸化物(ITO)とインジウム亜鉛酸化物(IZO)のうち、いずれか一つからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記画素電極上に形成される発光層と、前記発光層上に形成される対向電極をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の有機発光素子。
