Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の湿気硬化性組成物は、1分子当り平均して少なくとも2以上の加水分解性シリル基を含有するポリウレタン100質量部および重量平均分子量が500〜30000であるビニル重合体10〜200質量部を含有することを特徴とするものである。また、本発明の接着剤組成物は、1分子当り平均して少なくとも2以上の加水分解性シリル基を含有するポリウレタン100質量部および重量平均分子量が500〜30000であり加水分解性シリル基を有するビニル重合体10〜200質量部を含有する湿気硬化性組成物を含むことを特徴とするものである。

Description
第一工程で使用される多官能イソシアネート化合物としては、トリレンジイソシアネート、キシリレンジイソシアネート、ナフタレンジイソシアネート、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、イソホロンジイソシアネート、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート環状3量体、トリフェニルメタントリイソシアネートなどが例示される。
かかる方法により、重合体1分子当り平均して少なくとも2以上の加水分解性シリル基を含有するポリウレタンが合成できる。

以下に本発明を実施例に基づき説明するが、下記実施例に限定されるものではない。
攪拌機、温度計、滴下ロート、窒素導入管を備えた2リッター4つ口フラスコに2,4−トリレンジイソシアネート(TDI)を28部、トルエンを7部仕込み、予め100℃で2時間脱気して十分水分を取り除いたポリオキシプロピレン(旭硝子製の商品名「プレミノールPLM4010、水酸基価11、ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフ(以下、GPCという。)による重量平均分子量17300、ジオールタイプ)の800部を滴下しながら90℃まで昇温した。90℃に保持しながら6時間反応をおこなって、重量平均分子量35400のイソシアネート末端ポリウレタンを得た。該イソシアネートはイソシアネート含有率0.415%であり、赤外吸収スペクトル(以下、IRという。)においては、2250cm-1にイソシアネートのピークが、1730cm-1にウレタンのピークが観察された。
次いで、70℃にて、γ−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン(信越化学製KBM903)を14.6部およびトルエン10部添加し、攪拌しながら2時間保持した。得られた加水分解性シリル基を含有するポリウレタンの重量平均分子量は39200であった。IRにおいて2250cm-1にイソシアネートのピークが消失しており、C13−NMRにおいて、メトキシシリル基のメトキシ炭素が50ppmに観察された。トルエンを留去することにより、105℃×1時間乾燥後の固形分が99.6%である目的物を得た。
ポリオキシプロピレンをハイフレックスD3000(第一工業製薬製、水酸基価36、GPCによる重量平均分子量5600、ジオールタイプ)に変更し、仕込み量を該ポリオキシプロピレン100部当り、TDIを11.4部、KBM903を6.3部に変更する以外、合成例1と同様の方法により、重量平均分子量8000の目的物を得た。
ポリオキシプロピレンをプレミノールPLM3010(旭硝子製、水酸基価17、GPCによる重量平均分子量15000、トリオールタイプ)に変更し、仕込み量を該ポリオキシプロピレン100部当り、TDIを15.4部、KBM903を3.1部に変更する以外、合成例1と同様の方法により、重量平均分子量39500の目的物を得た。
電熱式ヒーターを備えた容量1000mlの加圧式攪拌槽型反応器を、温度225℃に保った。次いで、反応器の圧力を一定に保ちながら、表1に示す単量体混合物100部、MEK10部、重合開始剤としてジターシャリーブチルパーオキサイドを1部からなる混合物を、一定の供給速度(80g/分、滞留時間:12分)で原料タンクから反応器に連続供給を開始し、単量体混合物の供給量に相当する反応液を出口から連続的に抜き出した。反応開始直後に、一旦反応温度が低下した後、重合熱による温度上昇が認められたが、ヒータを制御することにより、反応温度224〜226℃を保持した。単量体混合物の供給開始から温度が安定した時点を、反応液の採取開始点とし、これから25分反応を継続した結果、2kgの単量体混合液を供給し、1.9kgの反応液を回収した。その後反応液を薄膜蒸発器に導入して、未反応モノマー等の揮発成分を分離して濃縮液を得た。ガスクロマトグラフ分析より、濃縮液中には未反応モノマーは存在していなかった。溶媒としてテトラヒドロフランを使用し、GPCで測定したポリスチレン換算の重量平均分子量(以下、Mwともいう。)は3000であった。得られたビニル重合体を重合体1という。
条件を表1のように変更する以外は重合例1と同様に重合および処理を行い、ビニル重合体を合成した。得られた重合体をそれぞれ重合体2〜4という。これらの分析結果(重量平均分子量、ガラス転移温度(Tg))を表1に示す。

重合例1と同様の装置を用い、条件を表2のように変更する以外は重合例1と同様に重合および処理を行い、ビニル重合体を合成した(重合体Pという。)。
ウレタンI〜III、重合体1〜5、サイリルSAT200(鐘淵化学工業製のシリル化ポリオキシプロピレン)、エポキシ樹脂(油化シェルエポキシ製エピコート828)、エポキシ硬化剤(油化シェルエポキシ製エピキュアH30)、アミノシラン(日本ユニカー製A1120)、脱水剤(日本ユニカー製A171)、硬化触媒(ジブチル錫ジラウレート)、炭酸カルシウム(白石カルシウム製白艶華CCR)、酸化チタン(石原産業製タイペークR820)、老化防止剤(チバスペシャリティー製チヌビンB75)を表3に示す質量部で混合した。これらについて厚さ3mmのシートを作製し、常温で1週間、その次に50℃で1週間の養生を行った。このようにして得られた硬化物のシートから3号ダンベル試験片を打ち抜き、JISK6301に基づいて引張試験を行い、破断強度、伸び(引張物性)を測定した。また、引張接着強さ測定用に、JISA5758に基づいてアルミ(A1050P材)基材によりH型試験体を作成し、23℃、53%RH×7日放置した後、引張試験を行った(接着性の評価)。なお、接着剤評価の基準(接着破壊の基準)を以下に示す。

Claims (10)
- 1分子当り平均して少なくとも2以上の加水分解性シリル基を含有するポリウレタン100質量部および重量平均分子量が500〜30000であるビニル重合体10〜200質量部を含有する湿気硬化性組成物。
- ポリウレタンがポリオキシアルキレン構造をも有するものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の湿気硬化性組成物。
- ビニル重合体が(メタ)アクリル共重合体である請求項1に記載の湿気硬化性組成物。
- ビニル重合体が、エステルを形成するアルコール残基の炭素数が4〜8であるアクリル酸エステルおよびエステルを形成するアルコール残基の炭素数が1〜4であるメタクリル酸エステルを構成単量体単位として有する共重合体である請求項4に記載の湿気硬化性組成物。
- ビニル重合体が加水分解性シリル基を有する重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の湿気硬化性組成物。
- 加水分解性シリル基を有するビニル重合体が、加水分解性シリル基を有するビニル単量体と加水分解性シリル基を有しないビニル単量体を共重合させて得られるものであることを特徴とする請求項6記載の湿気硬化性組成物。
- 加水分解性シリル基を有するビニル重合体が、1分子当り平均して少なくとも1つのウレタン結合を有するイソシアネート基含有ビニル重合体と、該イソシアネートと反応し得る反応性水素原子およびアルコキシシリル基を有する式(1)記載の化合物を反応させて得られるものであることを特徴とする請求項6記載の湿気硬化性組成物。
- ビニル共重合体が150〜350℃の温度において連続塊状重合により製造されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜8に記載の湿気硬化性組成物。
- 請求項6〜9に記載の湿気硬化性組成物を含有することを特徴とする接着剤組成物。
