Claims (38)
- 細長い芯部材と、
前記芯部材に隣接して配設され、近位領域および遠位領域を有する寒冷管であって、前記遠位領域が、前記芯部材の少なくとも一部まわりに配設され少なくとも1つの開口を含むコイルを含む、寒冷管と、
前記寒冷管の少なくとも一部を覆って配設されている外管と、
前記コイルを覆って配設され前記外管に結合されている冷却部材と、
を備える、寒冷療法器具。 - 芯線をさらに備え、前記芯部材が、前記芯線まわりに摺動可能に配設されるようになされた管状シースを備える、請求項1に記載の寒冷療法器具。
- 前記コイルの少なくとも一部が、金を含む、請求項1に記載の寒冷療法器具。
- 前記コイルが、1つまたは複数の開口を含む、請求項1に記載の寒冷療法器具。
- 前記開口が、切頭円錐の形である、請求項4に記載の寒冷療法器具。
- 前記外管内に配設され、前記冷却部材内に配設されている遠位端を有する管をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の寒冷療法器具。
- 前記管が、温度センサをさらに備える、請求項5に記載の寒冷療法器具。
- 前記外管が、支持部材を含む、請求項1に記載の寒冷療法器具。
- 前記支持部材が、紐を含む、請求項8に記載の寒冷療法器具。
- 前記冷却部材が、支持部材を含む、請求項1に記載の寒冷療法器具。
- 前記支持部材が、紐を含む、請求項10に記載の寒冷療法器具。
- 前記冷却部材が、バルーンを備える、請求項1に記載の寒冷療法器具。

- 前記外管上に配設されている第2の外管をさらに備え、前記外側部材が前記第2の外管に結合されている、請求項13に記載の寒冷療法器具。
- 近位端および遠位端を有する引き紐をさらに備え、前記近位端の少なくとも一部が、前記外管内に配設され、前記遠位端が、前記コイルの遠位端に近接して結合されている、請求項1に記載の寒冷療法器具。
- 近位端および遠位端を有する細長い軸と、
前記軸まわりに配設されそれに沿って摺動可能である管状シースと、
前記管状シースに隣接して配設され、近位端および遠位端を有する寒冷管であって、前記遠位端が、前記管状シースの少なくとも一部まわりに配設され1つまたは複数の開口を含むコイルを含む、寒冷管と、
前記寒冷管の少なくとも一部を覆って配設されている外管と、
前記コイルを覆って配設され前記外管に結合されている冷却部材と、
前記外管内に配設され、前記冷却部材内に配設されている遠位端を有する管と、
を備える、寒冷療法器具。 - 前記コイルの少なくとも一部が、金を含む、請求項16に記載の寒冷療法器具。
- 前記開口が、流れ誘導ノズルの形を有する、請求項16に記載の寒冷療法器具。
- 前記管が、温度センサをさらに備える、請求項16に記載の寒冷療法器具。
- 前記外管が、支持部材を含む、請求項16に記載の寒冷療法器具。
- 前記支持部材が、紐を含む、請求項20に記載の寒冷療法器具。
- 前記冷却部材が、支持部材を含む、請求項16に記載の寒冷療法器具。

- 寒冷誘導壊死またはアポトーシスを引き起こす方法であって、
近位端および遠位端を有する細長い軸と、前記軸まわりに配設されその上を摺動可能な管状シースと、前記管状シースに結合され近位端および遠位端を有する寒冷管であって前記遠位端が前記管状シースの少なくとも一部まわりに配設され少なくとも1つの開口を含むコイルを含む寒冷管と、前記寒冷管の少なくとも一部上に配設されている外管と、前記コイル上に配設され前記外管に結合されている冷却部材とを含む寒冷療法器具を、対象部位全体にわたって進めるステップと、
冷却剤が前記コイル内の開口を貫通し前記冷却部材の内側表面上に噴霧される、冷却剤を寒冷管を通して送達するステップと、
前記標的部位内の細胞を冷却するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記標的部位が、心腔である、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記標的部位が、動脈である、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記標的部位が、静脈である、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記標的部位が、食道である、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記標的部位が、気管である、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記標的部位が、腸管である、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記寒冷療法器具が、近位端および遠位端を有する引き紐をさらに備え、前記近位端の少なくとも一部が、前記外管内に配設され、前記遠位端が、前記コイルの遠位端に近接して結合されている、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記引き紐を引くことによって前記寒冷療法器具を偏向するステップをさらに含む、請求項35に記載の方法。
- 前記寒冷療法器具が、前記外管内に配設され前記冷却部材内に配設されている遠位端を有する管をさらに備える、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 冷却剤を前記冷却部材から前記管を通して排出するステップをさらに含む、請求項37に記載の方法。
