Abstract
【解決手段】炭素体を不活性ガスとともに吹き流している間に低圧のオーブン(10)内で炭素体を加熱し、浄化された形態でナトリウムを含むガス状エフルエントをオーブンからエフルエント排気管(44)を介して連続的に引き抜き、オーブンからガス状エフルエントを引き抜く出口から直ぐ下流のエフルエント排気管内に少なくとも1つのナトリウム中和剤を注入する。ナトリウム中和剤は、二酸化炭素または蒸気から選ばれ、ガス状エフルエントの流れに連続的に注入される。

Claims (12)
- ナトリウム含有炭素体の熱処理方法において、前記炭素体を不活性ガスとともに吹き流している間に低圧のオーブン内で前記炭素体を加熱し、浄化された形態でナトリウムを含むガス状エフルエントを前記オーブンからエフルエント排気管を介して連続的に引き抜き、
前記オーブンからガス状エフルエントを引き抜く出口から直ぐ下流の前記エフルエント排気管内に、少なくとも1つのナトリウム中和剤を注入することを特徴とするナトリウム含有炭素体の熱処理方法。 - 前記ナトリウム中和剤は、二酸化炭素および蒸気から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ナトリウム中和剤が、前記オーブンからガス状エフルエントを排出するための前記排気管によって形成される曲がりにおいて又は曲がりより下流において注入されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記注入されたナトリウム中和剤が不活性ガスで希釈されることを特徴とする請求項2又は3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記不活性ガスが窒素またはアルゴンであることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 熱処理中において、オーブンから抜き取られるガス状エフルエントの流れに前記ナトリウム中和剤が連続的に注入されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記排気管の壁をクリーニングする前において該排気管の壁に堆積したナトリウムを中和するために、熱処理の完了後に前記排気管内に前記ナトリウム中和剤を注入することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- オーブン(10)と、吹き流し目的のための不活性ガスを前記オーブンに供給する手段(40)と、前記オーブンからガス状エフルエントを排出する排気管(44)とを具備するナトリウム含有炭素体の熱処理装置であって、
前記オーブンからの出口の直後において前記排気管(44)内にナトリウム中和剤を注入する手段(50;72)をさらに有することを特徴とするナトリウム含有炭素体の熱処理装置。 - 前記ナトリウム中和剤を注入する少なくとも一つのノズル(50)を含み、該ノズルが前記排気管(44)を貫通していることを特徴とする請求項8記載の装置。
- 前記ノズル(50)が前記排気管(44)の曲がり(44a)を貫通していることを特徴とする請求項9記載の装置。
- 複数のナトリウム中和剤注入点を有し、該注入点は前記排気管に沿って互いに離間していることを特徴とする請求項8乃至10のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記排気管(44)がパージ装置(80,81)を備えることを特徴とする請求項8乃至10のいずれか1項記載の装置。
