Abstract
Description
Claims (27)
- プロペラシャフトベアリングであって、内層と、該内層を囲む外層とを有した円筒スリーブを含んでおり、該内層は熱硬化性樹脂を含んだベアリング材料で製造されており、該外層は熱硬化性樹脂を含み、水中で前記ベアリング材料よりも低い膨張性を有した材料で製造されていることを特徴とするベアリング。
- 内層は熱硬化性樹脂と補強材料とを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1記載のベアリング。
- 補強材料は、種子や靭皮からの植物性セルロース繊維、セルロースビスコース繊維、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリアクリロニトリル、アラミド、ポリベンゾキシゾール、PTFE繊維、炭素繊維、及びそれらの組み合わせで成る群から選択される繊維材料を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項2記載のベアリング。
- 繊維材料は40%から100%のアラミド繊維、0%から30%のセルロース繊維、及び0%から50%のポリアクリロニトリル繊維のブレンドを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項3記載のベアリング。
- 繊維材料は少量のガラス繊維を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のベアリング。
- 繊維材料は糸材、織布または不織布を含んでおり、好適には糸材であることを特徴とする請求項3から5のいずれかに記載のベアリング。
- 補強材料は重量で内層の15%から60%、好適には30%から60%含まれていることを特徴とする請求項2から6のいずれかに記載のベアリング。
- 熱硬化性樹脂はフェノール系樹脂、ポリエステル系樹脂、あるいはエポキシ系樹脂を含んでおり、好適にはフェノール系樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項2から7のいずれかに記載のベアリング。
- 熱硬化性樹脂は重量で内層の25%から60%、好適には30%から50%含まれていることを特徴とする請求項2から8のいずれかに記載のベアリング。
- 内層は充填材を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のベアリング。
- 充填材は重量で内層の0%から60%、好適には0%から30%含まれていることを特徴とする請求項10記載のベアリング。
- 内層は潤滑材料を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれかに記載のベアリング。
- 潤滑材料は重量で内層の0%から35%、好適には10%から15%含まれていることを特徴とする請求項12記載のベアリング。
- 内層は水中で0.5%から1.5%の膨張性を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれかに記載のベアリング。
- 内層は5mmから15mm、好適には10mmの厚みを有していることを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれかに記載のベアリング。
- 外層は熱硬化性樹脂と補強材料とを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1から15のいずれかに記載のベアリング。
- 外層の補強材料は、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、種子や靭皮からの植物性セルロース繊維、セルロースビスコース繊維、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリアクリロニトリル、アラミド、ポリベンゾキシゾール、及びそれらの組み合わせで成る群から選択される繊維材料を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項16記載のベアリング。
- 外層の繊維材料は40%から100%のガラス繊維、0%から30%のセルロース繊維、及び0%から50%のポリアクリロニトリル繊維のブレンドを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項17記載のベアリング。
- 外層の繊維材料は糸材、織布または不織布を含んでおり、好適には糸材であることを特徴とする請求項17または18に記載のベアリング。
- 外層の繊維材料は重量で外層の15%から60%、好適には70%含まれていることを特徴とする請求項16から19のいずれかに記載のベアリング。
- 外層の熱硬化性樹脂はフェノール系樹脂、ポリエステル系樹脂、あるいはエポキシ系樹脂を含んでおり、好適にはフェノール系樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項16から20のいずれかに記載のベアリング。
- 外層の熱硬化性樹脂は重量で外層の20%から60%、好適には30%含まれていることを特徴とする請求項16から21のいずれかに記載のベアリング。
- 外層は充填材を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1から22のいずれかに記載のベアリング。
- 外層の充填材は重量で外層の0%から65%、好適には0%から30%含まれていることを特徴とする請求項23記載のベアリング。
- 外層は水中で0.5%以下、好適には0.2%以下の膨張性を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から24のいずれかに記載のベアリング。
- 外層は30mm以上の厚みを有していることを特徴とする請求項1から25のいずれかに記載のベアリング。
- オイル系、水系またはグリコール系の液体潤滑剤を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1から26のいずれかに記載のベアリング。
