Abstract
【解決手段】軸線方向に延びる刃を保持し前端範囲に配置された膨張可能なカッティングバルーンを備えるカッティングバルーンカテーテルを用いて血管内超音波法(IVUS)による監視の下にカッティングバルーンインターベンション治療を実施するための装置において、カッティングバルーンカテーテルがIVUSカテーテルと一体化されて1つのユニットに組み込まれている。

Claims (11)
- 軸線方向に延びる刃を保持し前端範囲に配置された膨張可能なカッティングバルーンを備えるカッティングバルーンカテーテルを用いて血管内超音波法(IVUS)による監視の下にカッティングバルーンインターベンション治療を実施するための装置において、カッティングバルーンカテーテルがIVUSカテーテルと一体化されて1つのユニットに組み込まれていることを特徴とする血管内超音波法による監視の下にカッティングバルーンインターベンション治療を実施するための装置。
- カッティングバルーンカテーテルのカテーテル管(1)内に、カッティングバルーン(3)のための膨らまし管(2)のほかに、回転するIVUS信号線(6)が配置され、IVUS信号線(6)は、カテーテル管(1)の周囲を取り巻く環状窓(8)の内側においてカッティングバルーン(3)の直ぐ背後に配置されたIVUSセンサ(7)まで導かれていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- カッティングバルーンカテーテルのカテーテル管(1)内に、カッティングバルーン(3)のための膨らまし管(2)のほかに、回転するIVUS信号線(6)が配置され、IVUS信号線(6)は、IVUS信号線(6)が貫通するようにリング状バルーンとして形成されたカッティングバルーン(3’)の直ぐ前方に配置されたIVUSセンサ(7)まで導かれていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- IVUS信号線(6)は、IVUSセンサ(7)のための中空の可撓性駆動軸(5)の内部を延びていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の装置。
- カテーテル管(1’)はカッティングバルーン(3’)を保持する先細の堅い部分(1a)を備え、この部分(1a)において、先行するように配置されたIVUSセンサ(7)のための中空の可撓性駆動軸(5)がすべり支承されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の装置。
- IVUSセンサ(7)は中空の可撓性駆動軸(5)の周囲を取り巻く環状窓(8’)の内側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- カッティングバルーンカテーテルのカテーテル管(1)内に、カッティングバルーン(3’)のための膨らまし管(2)のほかに、回転するIVUS信号線(6)が配置され、IVUS信号線(6)は、カッティングバルーン(3’)の直ぐ前方又は背後においてカテーテル管(1)に組み込まれている複数の超音波変換器(14)からなるセンサアレイ(7’)まで導かれていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- IVUSカテーテルのカテーテル管は端部側に造影剤もしくは洗浄液のための入口もしくは出口を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の1つに記載の装置。
- IVUSカテーテルのカテーテル先端範囲に血管内磁気式ナビゲーション用の磁石が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の1つに記載の装置。
- IVUSカテーテルのカテーテル先端に、血管内でのカテーテルの固定および/または血管拡張のために役立つ多室構造の膨張可能なバルーンが配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9の1つに記載の装置。
- 装置はガイドワイヤもしくはガイドカテーテルを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至10の1つに記載の装置。
