Abstract
【解決手段】クランプ部23とプローブ13との間に組織ストッパー部材24を架設して、クランプ部23の接離動作に連動して回動されて、クランプ部23の把持部材232とプローブ13による生体組織の挟持位置を規制するように構成したものである。

Description
図1は、この発明の第1の実施の形態に係る超音波処置装置を示すもので、振動子ユニット10と可動ハンドルユニット20で構成される。
図4及び図5は、この発明の第2の実施の形態に係る超音波処置装置を示すもので、上記第1の実施の形態と略同様の効果が期待される。但し、図4及び図5においては、上記第1の実施の形態と同一の部分について同一符号を付して、その詳細な説明を省略する。
上記構成において、凝固・切開処置を施す場合には、術者が振動子ユニット10のカバー11を把持して可動ハンドルユニット20を矢印A方向に回動させて、クランプ部23をプローブ13から離間させた状態で、このプローブ13及びクランプ部23を生体組織の所望の部位に位置を定める。ここで、プローブ13及びクランプ部23は、組織ストッパー部材27の長孔271に挿通される支持ピン251が最も他端側に移動されると、挟持可能な開位置に設定される(図4参照)。
図6乃至図8は、この発明の第3の実施の形態に係る超音波処置装置を示すもので、上記第1の実施の形態と略同様の効果を期待することができる。但し、図6乃至図8においては、上記第1及び第2の実施の形態と同一部分について同一符号を付して、その詳細な説明を省略する。
超音波振動を発生させる振動子と、この振動子を覆うと共に、把持するためのケーシングと、前記振動子の先端部に設けられ、該振動子からの超音波振動を拡大・伝達する伝達部と、この伝達部の先端部に設けられ、生体組識に接触して前記伝達部からの振動を前記生体組識に伝達するプローブ部と、前記ケーシングから遠位方向に延び、前記プローブ部を覆うプローブカバーと、前記プローブ部に対向して配設され、前記プローブ部との間に生体組識を挟み込むクランプ部と、前記クランプ部を操作するための操作部とを有する超音波処置装置において、
前記クランプ部材及び前記プローブカバーと回動自在に連結される少なくとも1つの組識入り込み防止部材を具備することを特徴とする超音波処置装置。
付記1において、
前記組識入り込み防止部材は、一端部に長孔を有することを特徴とする超音波処置装置。
付記1において、
前記組識入り込み防止部材は、遠位端をクランプ部と回動自在に連結し、近位端を長孔によりプローブカバーと回動自在、且つ、スライド自在に連結したことを特徴とする超音波処置装置。

前記組識入り込み防止部材は、遠位端をプローブカバーと回動自在に連結し、近位端を長孔によりクランプ部と回動自在、且つ、スライド自在に連結したことを特徴とする超音波処置装置。
付記1において、
前記クランプ部は、前記操作部とも回動自在に連結されていることを特徴とする超音波処置装置。
超音波振動を発生させる超音波振動子と、
前記超音波振動子を覆う把持部と、
生体組識に超音波振動を伝達する、前記超音波振動子と接続されたプローブ部と、
前記プローブ部の一部を覆うプローブカバー部と、
前記プローブ部に対向して配設され、前記プローブ部との間に生体組識を挟み込むクランプ部と、
前記クランプ部を操作する操作部と、
前記クランプ部近傍と前記プローブカバー部とを回動自在に連結する少なくとも一つの組識入り込み防止部材と、
を具備することを特徴とする超音波処置装置。
Claims (3)
- 超音波振動を発生する超音波振動子と、
前記超音波振動子が内装される把持部と、
前記超音波振動子が発生した超音波振動を生体組織に伝達するブローブ部と、
前記プローブ部の一部を覆うプローブカバー部と、
前記プローブ部に対向して接離自在に配設され、前記プローブ部とで前記生体組織を挟持するクランプ部と、
前記クランプ部を前記プローブ部に対向して接離する操作部と、
前記クランプ部と前記プローブ部との間に架設され、前記クランプ部の接離動作に連動して回動されて前記生体組織の挟持位置を規制する組織入り込み防止部材と、
を具備することを特徴とする超音波処置装置。 - 前記組織入り込み防止部材は、前記プローブ部とクランプ部の両側における少なくとも一方の側部に配されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の超音波処置装置。
- 前記クランプ部は、前記操作部と前記組織入り込み防止部材との間に架設されてそれぞれに回動自在に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の超音波処置装置。
