Abstract
【解決手段】 光重合性組成物を光重合して得られた成形体であって、該成形体にレーザ光線を照射した時に該成形体に形成された周期的屈折率変化を反映した回折パターンが得られる成形体、および、2官能以上の多官能モノマーあるいはオリゴマーと光重合開始剤とを含有する光重合性組成物を、少なくとも光照射側が光透過性である成形型に注入し、波長半値全幅が100nm以下である平行光を照射し、前記光重合性組成物を重合する成形体の製造方法。

単独の重合体の屈折率が1.489であるメチルメタクリレート50質量部と同じく単独の重合体の屈折率が1.535であるトリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート50質量部からなる混合物に、光重合開始剤として1−ヒドロキシシクロヘキシルフェニルケトン1質量部を溶解させ光重合性組成物を得た。得られた光重合性組成物を、図11に示したような50mm×50mm、厚さ0.1mmのガラスセル中にフィルム状に封入した。次いで、上部カバー15の表面に対して垂直方向から、ビームの広がり角が±0.001rad以下であり、光の進行方向に対して垂直断面内の光強度分布における照度分布が2.0%以下である紫外線を照射して、光重合性組成物を重合硬化してプラスチックフィルムを得た。なお、光源には、図13に示すような発光スペクトルを有する超高圧水銀灯を使用した平行光紫外線照射装置を用い、干渉フィルターにより中心波長365nm、半値全幅10nmの単色光を取り出して照射した。
光重合性組成物として、単独の重合体の屈折率が1.537であるペンタエリスリトールテトラアクリレート100質量部に2−ベンジル−2−ジメチルアミノ−1−(4−モルフォリノフェニル)-ブタノン−1を1質量部溶解させ光重合性組成物を得た。次いで、広がり角が±0.001rad以下であり、光の進行方向に対して垂直断面内の光強度分布における照度分布が2.0%以下である紫外線を照射して、光重合性組成物を重合硬化してプラスチックフィルムを得た。なお、光源には、図13に示すような発光スペクトルを有する超高圧水銀灯を使用した平行光紫外線照射装置を用い、紫外透過フィルター(駿河精機社製U360)により半値全幅が100nmの波長250〜400nmの紫外光を用いた。
図13に示すような発光スペクトルを有する超高圧水銀灯を使用した平行光紫外線照射装置を用い、広がり角が±0.001rad以下であり、光の進行方向に対して垂直断面内の光強度分布における照度分布が2.0%以下である紫外線を光学フィルター等を介することなく光重合性組成物を充填したガラス製セルに照射しプラスチックフィルムを得た。光重合性組成物は、単独の重合体の屈折率が1.535であるトリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート100質量部に、光重合開始剤として1質量部の2−ベンジル−2−ジメチルアミノ−1−(4−モルフォリノフェニル)-ブタノン−1を溶解させ得た。得られたプラスチックフィルムを実施例1と同様にして回折パターンの評価を行ったところ、図17に示した光散乱像が得られ、特徴的なパターンは観察されなかった。また、得られたプラスチックフィルムを偏光顕微鏡で観察し、その画像を図18に示した。この偏光顕微鏡画像のフーリエ変換画像でも、特徴的なパターンは観察されなかった。

Claims (3)
- 光重合性組成物を光重合して得られた成形体であって、該成形体にレーザ光線を照射した時に該成形体に形成された周期的屈折率変化を反映した回折パターンが得られることを特徴とする成形体。
- マトリックス中に、マトリックスと屈折率が異なる複数の柱状構造体が一方向に配向し、該配向方向と垂直な面内において前記柱状構造体が格子状に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の成形体。
- 2官能以上の多官能モノマーあるいはオリゴマーと光重合開始剤とを含有する光重合性組成物を、少なくとも光照射側が光透過性である成形型に注入し、波長半値全幅が100nm以下である平行光を照射し、前記光重合性組成物を重合することを特徴とする成形体の製造方法。
