Abstract

本発明は医療用X線の発生に関する。
本発明は、更に、本発明による固体ブラキセラピーアプリケータを使用して動物体内において放射線治療を実施するための放射線治療システムに関する。
Claims (15)
- 少なくとも、互いに間隔を隔てた陰極及び陽極を収容する真空空所と、前記陰極から自由電子を放出するための放出手段と、使用中に前記放出自由電子を前記陽極に向かって加速するために前記陰極と前記陽極の間に高電圧電界を印加するための電界手段とからなるX線放出面を有し、前記真空空所は少なくとも部分的に前記陽極の放出するX線放射線を透過させる、動物体内において放射線治療を実施するための固体ブラキセラピーアプリケータにおいて、前記真空空所は、互いに間隔を隔てた第1及び第2板状要素によって区画され、前記第1板状要素が陰極として、前記第2板状要素が陽極として使用されることを特徴とする固体ブラキセラピーアプリケータ。
- 前記第1及び第2板状要素の間には高絶縁性材料のスペーサが存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体ブラキセラピーアプリケータ。
- ゲッター材が前記第2板状要素の存在しない側の前記第1板状要素の表面に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の固体ブラキセラピーアプリケータ。
- 前記第1板状要素は、前記ゲッター材を前記真空空所に露出する少なくとも1つの開口を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の固体ブラキセラピーアプリケータ。
- 前記真空空所は複合空間形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の固体ブラキセラピーアプリケータ。
- 前記固体ブラキセラピーアプリケータは動物体内の目標場所に向かって挿入される誘導ワイヤの遠位端に接続されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の固体ブラキセラピーアプリケータ。
- 陰極となる前記第1板状要素は、強誘電性電子放出材料又はカーボンナノチューブを含有するゲート電界放出型であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の固体ブラキセラピーアプリケータ。
- 前記強誘電性電子放出材料は下部電極と上部電極の間に配置され、両電極は駆動電圧に接続されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の固体ブラキセラピーアプリケータ。
- 前記下部電極は幾つかの電極セグメントから構成され、前記電極のセグメントは互いに電気的に絶縁され、それぞれ別個に前記駆動電圧に接続されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の固体ブラキセラピーアプリケータ。
- 前記下部電極の前記電極セグメントは、1つのマルチプレクサ経由でそれぞれ別個に前記駆動電圧に接続されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の固体ブラキセラピーアプリケータ。
- 前記上部電極は、放出された自由電子のための放出孔となる多数の開口を備えた導電性シートとして構成されることを特徴とする請求項8ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の固体ブラキセラピーアプリケータ。
- 前記開口は、円形、正方形、六角形などの多角形の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の固体ブラキセラピーアプリケータ。
- 前記上部電極は、多数の円盤状要素が部分的に強誘電性電子放出材料上に固定された少なくとも1つの導電性フレームとして構成されることを特徴とする請求項8ないし12のいずれか1項に記載の固体ブラキセラピーアプリケータ。
- 少なくとも請求項1ないし13のいずれか1項に記載の固体ブラキセラピーアプリケータを使用して動物体内における放射線治療を事前計画するための線量計画装置と、事前計画された治療法に応じて前記固体ブラキセラピーアプリケータを駆動するための制御手段と、前記固体ブラキセラピーアプリケータの発生する実際の放射線線量分布を測定するために前記動物体内の前記固体ブラキセラピーアプリケータ近傍に位置決めされた1つ以上の放射線検知器とを有し、事前計画された治療パラメータに線量を適合させるためにフィードバック情報を前記制御手段に伝達するように構成される動物体内において放射線治療を実施するための放射線治療システム。
- 請求項14に記載の放射線治療システムと請求項1ないし14の1つ以上に記載の固体ブラキセラピーアプリケータとを用いて動物体内において放射線治療を実施するための方法。
