Abstract
【解決手段】 粒径100μm以下のアニオン性水溶性重合体微粒子が、ポリアルキレンイミン及び/又はポリアルキレンイミン変性物中に共存する水溶性重合体分散液を、分散液状態のまま有機汚泥に添加し、脱水機により脱水することによって達成できる。

R1は水素、メチル基またはCH2COOY2、QはSO3、C6H4SO3、
CONHC(CH3)2CH2SO3、C6H4COOあるいはCOO、R2は水素またはCOOY3、Y1、Y2及びY3は水素または陽イオン
但し、式(3)、(4)中のpは0〜20の整数であり、R3〜R10は水素、又は炭素数1〜3のアルキル基、ヒドロキシアルキル碁あるいはベンジル基、X1〜X4は陰イオンである。
但し、式(4)、(5)中のPはエポキシ基あるいはハロヒドリン基、
pは0〜20の整数であり、R11〜R19は水素、炭素数1〜3のアルキル基、ヒドロキシアルキル基あるいはベンジル基、X5〜X8は陰イオンである。
添加量は、分散液全体に対し1〜10質量%である。
Claims (8)
- 粒径100μm以下のアニオン性水溶性重合体微粒子が、ポリアルキレンイミン及び/又はポリアルキレンイミン変性物中に共存する水溶性重合体分散液を、分散液状態のまま有機汚泥に添加し、脱水機により脱水することを特徴とする有機汚泥の脱水方法。
- 前記ポリアルキレンイミン変性物が、前記一般式(4)で表されるポリカチオン物質によって架橋されていることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載の有機汚泥の脱水方法。
- 前記ポリアルキレンイミンがポリエチレンイミンであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5に記載の有機汚泥の脱水方法。
- 前記ポリアルキレンイミン及び/又はポリアルキレンイミン変性物が、前記アニオン性水溶性重合体微粒子に対し、50〜200質量%共存することを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載の有機汚泥の脱水方法。
- 前記アニオン性水溶性重合体分散液の25℃における粘度が、500〜15,000mPa・sであることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載の有機汚泥の脱水方法。
