Abstract
【解決手段】熱分解残渣を粉砕する粉砕機20と、その粉砕機20で粉砕された粉砕物を重力分級、遠心分級、慣性分級又はその複合分級により燃焼性成分と不燃焼性成分とに分離する乾式分級機30とを備える熱分解残渣分離装置であり、乾式分級機30としてはジグザグ分級機が好ましい。

Description
(1)前述の実施形態では、重力分級と慣性分級との複合分級であるジグザグ分級機を乾式分級機として使用する例を示したが、本発明では、粉砕物を重力分級、遠心分級、慣性分級又はその複合分級により分離可能な乾式分級機で有れば、何れの型式、構造などでもよい。中でも、駆動機構を備えずに気流の流動によって分級が可能なものが好ましい。

Claims (3)
- 熱分解残渣を粉砕する粉砕機と、その粉砕機で粉砕された粉砕物を重力分級、遠心分級、慣性分級又はその複合分級により燃焼性成分と不燃焼性成分とに分離する乾式分級機とを備える熱分解残渣分離装置。
- 前記乾式分級機は、重力分級と慣性分級との複合分級であるジグザグ分級機である請求項1記載の熱分解残渣分離装置。
- 前記乾式分級機の分散浮遊媒体として、不活性ガスを循環させる循環流路を備える請求項1又は2に記載の熱分解残渣分離装置。
