Abstract

【課題】1台の加熱調理器に複数の加熱部を有し、少なくともその1つに調理物が沸騰後自動的に所定温度に保温される保温モード回路を設けることにより、炊飯と煮物その他の調理を同時に行うことのでき、かつ保温性を向上することのできる誘導加熱調理器を提供する。
【解決手段】天面にトッププレート3を有し、内部に複数の加熱部、該加熱部の出力等をそれぞれ制御する制御部等が設けられ、外部に制御部を個別に制御する複数のメニュースイッチ10等を有する操作部8が設けられて、流し台70等に載置又は組込まれる加熱調理器において、制御部の少なくとも1つに、調理物の沸騰後に保温に移行する保温モード回路を設け、操作部8に保温モード回路を制御するスイッチを設けると共に、複数のメニュースイッチ10を同時に操作しうるようにした。

本発明は、電磁誘導加熱を利用した加熱調理器に係り、さらに詳しくは、1台の加熱調理器で炊飯と煮物等の他の調理を同時に行うことのできる加熱調理器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の誘導加熱調理器に、電磁誘導加熱装置と炊飯器本体とを分離可能とし、炊飯器の加熱装置として使用する場合は、電磁誘導加熱装置の上に炊飯器本体を位置させ、その突起に炊飯器本体に設けた嵌合凹部を嵌合して載置し、誘導加熱コイルに通電して炊飯器本体を加熱することにより炊飯し、煮物等の他の加熱装置として利用する場合は、電磁誘導加熱装置から炊飯器本体を取外して電気的接続を遮断し、電磁誘導加熱装置の上に別の調理を目的とする鍋等を載置して調理を行うようにしたものがある(例えば、特許文献1参照)。

また、加熱調理器のプレートの前部側下部に独立した2つの加熱コイルからなる誘導加熱部を設けると共に、後部側下面にヒータ加熱部を設け、プレート上に複数の調理鍋等を載置して電磁誘導加熱又はヒータ加熱により調理するようにしたものがある(例えば、特許文献2参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
特許文献1に記載の炊飯器は、炊飯器本体を電磁誘導加熱装置に載置する際に、その嵌合凹部を突起に嵌合するようにしているが、嵌合凹部が炊飯器本体の底面に設けられているためわかりにくく、位置決めが面倒である。また、電磁誘導加熱装置には誘導加熱コイルが1つしか設けられていないため、炊飯と他の調理を同時に行うことができない。さらに、炊飯以外の他の食材の調理を行う場合は、その都度電磁誘導加熱装置から炊飯用鍋を取外すと共に電気的接続を取外し、他の食材が入れられた汎用の鍋等を電磁誘導加熱装置上に載置しなければならないので、きわめて面倒であった。

また、特許文献2に記載の加熱調理器は、食材が入れられた複数の調理鍋等を同時にプレート上に載置して調理を行うことができるが、誘導加熱部には保温付きの炊飯モード回路が設けられていないので、この加熱調理器で自動的に炊飯を行うことができない。このため、別に設けた炊飯器により炊飯及び保温を行わなければならなかった。

本発明は、上記の課題を解決するためになされたもので、1台の加熱調理器に複数の加熱部を有し、少なくともその1つに調理物が沸騰後自動的に所定温度に保温される保温モード回路を設けることにより、炊飯と煮物その他の調理を同時に行うことができ、かつ保温性を向上することのできる加熱調理器を提供することを目的としたものである。

本発明に係る加熱調理器は、天面にトッププレートを有し、内部に複数の加熱部、該加熱部の出力等をそれぞれ制御する制御部等が設けられ、外部に前記制御部を個別に制御する複数のメニュースイッチ等を有する操作部が設けられて、流し台等に載置又は組込まれる加熱調理器において、前記制御部の少なくとも1つに、調理物の沸騰後に保温に移行する保温モード回路を設け、前記操作部に前記保温モード回路を制御するスイッチを設けると共に、前記複数のメニュースイッチを同時に操作しうるようにしたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
[実施の形態1]
図1は加熱調理器を流し台に組込んで調理器等を載置した状態を示す本発明の実施の形態1に係る加熱調理器の斜視図、図2は図1の加熱調理器の斜視図、図3は図1の調理器部分の断面図、図4は図1の調理鍋部分の断面図である。

流し台70に組込まれた加熱調理器1の本体ケース2の上面には、例えば板ガラスの如き非磁性材からなるトッププレート3が支持枠4により周囲が支持されて取付けられており、トッププレート3の上面には、後述の調理器30(以下の説明では炊飯器という)を載置するリング状の載置部5a及び磁性材からなり通常の調理を行う鍋やフライパンなど60a,60b(以下の説明では調理鍋という)を載置するリング状の載置部5b,5cが印刷されている。そして、各載置部5a〜5cの近傍には、後述の加熱部20a,20b,20cの火力を表示し、また、必要に応じて炊飯や調理のスタート時刻や残り時間を表示する予約タイマーの表示部6a,6b,6cが設けられている。

図には、載置部5a〜5cを3個設けた場合を示したが2個以上であればよく、その配置も図示のものに限定するものではない。また、炊飯器30の載置部5aをトッププレート3の後部側(奥側)に設けた場合を示したが、これに限定するものではなく、トッププレート3の前部側(手前側)に設けてもよい。しかし、調味料を入れたり、調理物をかき混ぜたりする通常の調理鍋60a,60bの載置部5b,5cは、手前側に設けた方が使い勝手がよく、便利である。

調理器である炊飯器30は、図3、図5に示すように、非磁性材からなり、上下が開口したほぼ筒状の内壁32及び空間部を介して内壁32の外周を囲繞する外壁33とからなる調理容器31と、磁性材からなり、上端部外周にフランジ34aを有する有底筒状の内鍋34とを有し、内鍋34は調理容器31内に挿脱自在に収納されてそのフランジ34aが調理容器31の上端部32aに係止し、その底面34bは調理容器31の下端部から露出してトッププレート3との間にすき間gを形成する。

調理容器31の内壁32の下部外周には、補助加熱体である誘導加熱コイルからなる底側面加熱体35が積層して設けられており、また、上部には補助加熱体であるヒータからなる上側面加熱体36が設けられている。なお、内鍋34の温度を検出するために、その底面34bに対応してトッププレート3の下面に当接する温度センサ23を設けた場合を示したが、図3に破線で示すように、内鍋34の側壁に当接する温度センサ23aをバネ等23bにより出没自在に付勢させて調理容器31に設けてもよく、これにより内鍋34の温度を直接検知することができるので、より確実に内鍋34の温度を検出することができる。

37は調理容器31の下部において、内壁32と外壁33との間に設けられた非磁性材からなるほぼ筒状のスカート部材で、炊飯器30をトッププレート3上に載置したときに、その先端部がトッププレート3に当接するように形成し、調理容器31の下端部から露出した内鍋34の底面34bがトッププレート34に確実に当接すると共に、このすき間gを遮蔽して内鍋34を外気から遮断するようにしたものである。

このスカート部材37は、例えば図6(a)に示すように、シリコンゴムの如き軟質材からなり、上部が調理容器31に固定されて常時はその先端部が内鍋34の底面34bより下方に位置している。炊飯器30をトッププレート3上に載置すると、最初にスカート部材37の先端部がトッププレート3に当接し、炊飯器30の荷重により弾性変形するが、調理容器31の下端部とトッププレート3との間にすき間gを形成した状態で調理容器31を保持する。このとき、内鍋34の底面34bはトッププレート3に当接し、スカート部材37は内鍋34の外周を遮蔽する。
これにより、内鍋34の底面34bをトッププレート3に確実に当接させて効率よく発熱させることができると共に、外部からの空気や塵埃の侵入を防止し、また熱が外部に逃げるのを防止することができる。

また、図6(b)のスカート部材37は、非磁性金属からなり、調理容器31の下部に上下動可能に設けたもので、常時は自重により垂下してその先端部が内鍋34の底面34bよりgだけ下方に位置している(図7(b)参照)。炊飯器30をトッププレート3上に載置すると、最初にスカート部材37の先端部がトッププレート3に当接するが、炊飯器30の荷重により上方に移動し、その自重により先端部が常にトッププレート3に当接する。このとき、内鍋34の底面34bはトッププレート3に当接し、その外周はスカート部材37により遮蔽され、また、スカート部材37の上部は補助加熱体である底側面加熱体35の外周に位置する。なお、内鍋34の底面34bがトッププレート3に載置された状態で、スカート部材37の先端部もトッププレート3に当接するが、このとき、スカート部材37がストッパー37aに当接することにより、内鍋34を調理容器31より取り除いたときの調理容器31の脚として使用できる。
図6(b)のスカート部材37は、図6(a)のスカート部材37の機能、効果に加えて、誘導加熱コイルからなり底側面加熱体35より発生する磁気を遮蔽し、外部への磁束漏れを防止することができる。

再び図3、図5において、38は調理容器31の上部開口部を開閉する蓋体で、とっ手40を有する上蓋39、上蓋39に取付けられた下蓋41、下蓋41に着脱可能に装着された内蓋42からなり、蓋体38の中心部には内鍋34内に連通する蒸気抜き弁43が設けられている。44は下蓋41に設けた蓋ヒータである。そして、この蓋体38は、一端に設けたヒンジ45により調理容器31に開閉自在に装着されており、閉じたときはラッチ46によりロックされる。なお、この蓋体38は、ヒンジ45を設けることなく、調理容器31に着脱自在に装着するようにしてもよい。

図7は炊飯器30の他の例を示すもので、調理容器31の外壁33の背面側(加熱調理器1のガイド部14側)に、ガイド部14に嵌合する嵌合部47を突設したものである。
この嵌合部47は、その幅がガイド部14のガイド壁15a,15bの内側間隔とほぼ等しく、先端部が下方に突出して係合部48が設けられて側面ほぼ逆L字状に形成されている。このガイド部14は、ガイド壁15a,15bが上方に突出して形成されるため使用者に見え易く、かつわかり易い位置に設けられているため、ガイド壁15a,15bの間に嵌合部47を嵌入して係合部48を開口部16に係合させることにより、炊飯器30はトッププレート3の載置部5a上に確実に位置するので、位置ずれ等により加熱効率が低下することがなく、また、炊飯器30に外力が加えられても移動することもない。

次に、上記のように構成した加熱調理器の電気系統の一例について説明する。図8において、電源65には、各加熱装置20a〜20cの誘導加熱コイル22と、スイッチ素子27a〜27cからなる複数の直列回路が並列接続されて、メインスイッチ9を介して直列に接続されており、また、上記回路の入力側には、メニュースイッチ群10、予約タイマー26を有する制御部25が接続され、予約タイマー26はそれぞれスイッチ素子27a〜27cを制御する。

本例によれば、炊飯器30をトッププレート3の載置部5a上に載置して嵌合部47をガイド部14に嵌入すると、係合部48に設けた受電端子49,50が給電端子17,18に自動的に接続されて、補助加熱体36,37及び蓋ヒータ44が電源65に接続され、炊飯又は調理中、さらには保温中に補助加熱体35,36及び蓋ヒータ44に通電される。なお、電源65には商用電源をもちいてもよいが、高電圧の200V電源を使用すれば、同時に複数の加熱部20a〜20cを使用する場合にも高出力が得られるので、調理時間を短縮することができる(以下の実施の形態においても同様である)。

次に、本実施の形態に係る加熱調理器の使用の一例について説明する。
前述のように、炊飯用の制御部25aには、保温モード回路である保温付き炊飯モード回路及び必要に応じて保温付き煮物モード回路が設けられている。保温付き炊飯モード回路による炊飯用制御パターンは、図10に示すように、誘導加熱コイル22に通電して米、水が入れられた炊飯器30の内鍋34を発熱させて加熱し、内鍋34の温度が100℃近傍に達したとき(これは温度センサ23又は温度センサ23aで検出される)は、連続的又は断続的にその温度を維持し、時間Tを経過して炊飯が終了したときは、その温度を低下させてほぼ73℃程度で保温する。

炊飯器30により米を炊飯する場合は、所要量の米と水が入れられた内鍋34を調理容器31内に収納して蓋体38を閉じ、加熱調理器1のトッププレート3の炊飯器用の載置部5a上に載置する。このとき、調理容器31はスカート部材37によりその下端部がトッププレート3とすき間gを隔てて位置し、内鍋34の底面34bはトッププレート3に確実に当接する。また、調理容器31に嵌合部47を設けた場合は、炊飯器30をトッププレート3上の所定の位置(載置部5a上)に載置するだけで、嵌合部47がガイド部14のガイド壁15a,15bの間に嵌入し、係合部48が開口部16に係合して容易かつ確実に位置決めされる。さらに、ガイド部14に給電端子17,18を設け、炊飯器30の嵌合部47に受電端子49,50を設けた場合は、補助加熱体35,36及び蓋ヒータ44が自動的に電源65に接続される。

上記の説明では、炊飯器30により米を炊飯する場合について述べたが、同様にして炊飯器30により米以外の煮物の調理を行うこともできる。
この場合は、調理容器31に煮物、水、調味料等が入れられた内鍋34を収容して炊飯器30を炊飯器用の載置部5a上に載置し、煮物スイッチ10bをONすれば、図11の煮物用制御パターンにしたがって調理され、保温(低温加熱)される。このとき、必要に応じて蓋体38を開放し、煮物をかき混ぜたり、調味料等を入れたりすることができる。なお、内鍋34を炊飯用と煮物用に分ければ、臭が残らないので便利である。

上記の説明では、トッププレート3の載置部5a上に載置した炊飯器30により炊飯する場合を示したが、磁性材からなる通常の調理鍋でも炊飯を行うことができる。
すなわち、図12に示すように、トッププレート3の載置部5a(又は5b,5b)上に米と水が入れられた調理鍋60cを載置し、主操作部8のメインスイッチ9を投入して炊飯スイッチ10aをONすれば、図10の炊飯用制御パターンにしたがって炊飯され、保温される(以下の実施の形態においても同様である)。

上記のように構成した本実施の形態によれば、1台の加熱調理器1で炊飯器30を含む複数の調理器により炊飯とその他の調理を同時に行うことができるため、料理のレパートリーが広がると共に、別に炊飯器を購入する必要がなく、また台所の省スペース化を図ることができる。
また、予約タイマー26を設けたので、煮物等の他の調理の合間に炊飯用の準備をして炊飯器30を載置部5a上に載置することができる。
さらに、炊飯器30の内鍋31の周囲に補助加熱体35,36を設けたので、炊飯器30により炊飯や煮物等の一般の調理を行う場合に、内鍋34がほぼ全体から加熱されるため加熱ムラがなく、効率よく調理することができ、また、保温性(低温加熱)を向上することができるので、いつでも暖かいご飯や料理を食べることができる。
