Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wiring device for a cabinet, and more particularly, to a wiring device for a cabinet provided with a structure for wiring and housing cords on the back side of the cabinet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, cabinets are for storing documents and files, so it is not supposed that electronic and electric devices are stored or mounted on a top plate and used. There was no structure for it.
[0003]
Therefore, the present applicant has proposed a cabinet provided with a structure for wiring and housing cords on the back side (see Patent Documents 1 and 2). That is, in Patent Literature 1, an auxiliary top plate is detachably or rotatably disposed with respect to a support bracket provided at an upper end portion of a rear surface of a cabinet, and the auxiliary top plate and a top surface of the cabinet are connected to each other. While making the same plane, the side cover plate was detachably mounted on the back side of the cabinet via a bracket, and the rear part of the cabinet surrounded by the auxiliary top plate and the side cover plate was configured as a wiring space. A wiring structure in a cabinet is disclosed. Further, in Patent Document 2, a frame-shaped wiring duct body formed so that a wiring passage is communicated over four circumferential sides is connected to the back surface of a main body case of furniture such as a cabinet, and the back surface of the wiring duct body is connected. It is connected so as to cover with a panel device, and furthermore, the left and right side surfaces and the upper surface of the wiring duct body are respectively covered with detachable cover plates, and the surfaces of the respective cover plates, and the side and top surfaces of the main body case of the furniture. There is disclosed a wiring structure in furniture configured to be substantially flush.
[0004]
However, since the thing of patent document 1 presupposes the usage form which arranges a back side closely on a wall surface or a partition panel, a back cover does not exist on the back side, and therefore, when it arranges in an island mode, the back is exposed. It is virtually impossible to use. Further, the thing of patent document 2 attaches the square frame-shaped duct main body which has the duct part which consists of the concave groove opened to the outer periphery to the back of furniture, such as a cabinet, and the upper surface cover which can attach and detach the duct part. Because the vertical cover covers the side and top surfaces of the main unit case of the furniture so that they are almost flush, a duct body that is approximately the same size as the front shape of the furniture is required, which increases the size and weight. The weight is also heavy, so that it is difficult to handle and the parts cost increases.

[Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-327349
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the above situation, the present invention seeks to solve the problem by providing a structure for wiring and accommodating cords on the rear side of the cabinet when necessary, which is simple and inexpensive to assemble. Another object of the present invention is to provide a wiring device for a cabinet which can be configured as described above.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention removably attaches a wiring box having at least an upper part and both sides partially or entirely open to the upper part of a back plate of a cabinet, and attaches an upper cover to an upper surface of the wiring box. A wiring device for a cabinet, which is detachably fitted, and furthermore, a side cover is made removable on both side ends of the wiring box, and a back cover is made removable on the back surface.
[0009]
Here, one or a plurality of the cabinets are installed adjacent to each other along a wall surface or a partition panel, and the side cover is attached to an outer end of the wiring box of the cabinet located at an end, or on a back surface of the wiring box. A back cover is attached, or the side cover is attached to the outer end of the wiring box, and a back cover is attached to the back.
[0010]
In addition, a side opening that is opened laterally is provided at both ends of the wiring box, and a locking piece that protrudes from an upper portion of the side cover is provided on a protruding piece provided on both sides of an upper and lower middle part in the side opening. It is preferable that a cord insertion opening communicating downward from a side opening is formed between the end of the wiring box and the side cover in a state where the cord insertion opening is detachably locked.
[0011]
Further, with the upper portion of the back cover locked to the back surface of the wiring box, a metal fitting protruding from the lower inner surface of the back cover is fixed to the back plate of the cabinet or detachably engaged therewith. It is also preferable to do so.
[0012]
Then, a support bracket is detachably attached to a lower side of the back plate of the cabinet, and a lower portion of the side cover is connected to the support bracket while an upper portion of the side cover is engaged with an end of the wiring box. More preferably, it is stopped.
[0013]

The wiring box 2 has a structure in which a steel plate is bent into a substantially U-shaped cross section, and end members 11 are fixed to both ends in a groove of a channel-shaped groove member 10 opened upward and on both sides. I have. The groove member 10 has a front plate 13 and a rear plate 14 erected on both front and rear edges of a lower plate 12, and the upper edges of the front plate 13 and the rear plate 14 are bent in a direction approaching each other to form an edge piece. A lower opening 16 is formed at the center of the lower plate 12. The nut members 17,... Are fixed to the front plate 13 of the groove member 10, and darma holes for detachably engaging a back cover 5 to be described later are provided on both sides of the rear plate 14. 18, 18 are formed. Further, notches 19 are formed at a plurality of locations from the upper portion of the rear plate 14 of the groove member 10 to the edge piece 15. The end member 11 is a substantially U-shaped member in a side view, and has vertical fixing pieces 20 and 20 and a lower fixing piece 21 that are fixed to the groove member 10 on the outer peripheral portion, and is formed by bending. The lower fixing piece 21 is fixed to the lower surface of the lower plate 12 so as to enclose the cutout 22 formed at the edge of the lower plate 12, and both the vertical fixing pieces 20, 20 are attached to the front plate 13 and the rear plate 14. It is fixed to the inner end. Here, a side opening 23 is formed in the end member 11, and protruding pieces 24, 24 are provided on both sides of the upper and lower middle portions in the side opening 23.
[0018]
The upper cover 3 is a long plate member having substantially the same width as the front and rear dimensions of the wiring box 2 and substantially the same width as the width of the top plate 9 of the cabinet 1. Leg pieces 25, 25 to be fitted between the edge pieces 15, 15 are protruded, and a cord insertion port 26 having a lid that can be opened and closed at a central portion and through which cords can be vertically inserted is provided. When the upper cover 3 is fitted on the upper surface of the wiring box 2, the upper surface of the upper cover 3 and the upper surface of the top plate 9 are flush with each other. Here, even when the upper cover 3 is fitted to the wiring box 2, the notch 19 formed in the rear plate 14 of the wiring box 2 is not closed by the leg pieces 25, and the notch 19 is formed from the inside of the wiring box 2. The cords can be pulled out rearward through the notch 19.
[0019]
The side cover 4 has a structure in which at least the upper edge and both side edges of the decorative plate 27 are bent inward to form a reinforcing edge 28, and the lateral width is substantially equal to the depth width of the upper cover 3. Downward hook-shaped engaging pieces 29 detachably engaged with protruding pieces 24, 24 provided on both sides of the upper and lower intermediate portions in the side opening 23 are provided inside the decorative plate 27 above the side cover 4. Is protruding. Here, a cord insertion opening 30 communicating downward from the side opening 23 is formed between the end of the wiring box 2 and the side cover 4 in a state where the locking piece 29 is locked to the protruding pieces 24, 24. Is done. The cord insertion opening 30 is formed by a notch 22 at the edge of the lower plate 12 of the wiring box 2 and an internal space derived from the reinforcing edge 28 of the side cover 4. In this embodiment, a gap of about 20 mm is secured. Have been.
[0020]
Therefore, even when the side cover 4 is attached to the end of the wiring box 2, it is possible to wire the cords from the inside of the wiring box 2 through the side openings 23 and the cord insertion openings 30 downward. . In this case, in order to protect the cords, it is desirable to cover the inner edge of the end member 11 forming the side opening 23 with a packing 31.
[0021]
The back cover 5 is a flat plate having a width substantially the same as the width of the top plate 9 of the cabinet 1, and is engaged with darma holes 18 provided in the wiring box 2 at an upper portion on the inner surface side. Locking pins 32, 32 for protruding. Note that, in addition to the locking structure using the locking pin 32 and the damper hole 18, a structure in which a downward hook-shaped locking piece is locked in the notch 19 may be used. Further, with the upper portion of the back cover 5 locked to the back surface of the wiring box 2, the metal fitting 33 projecting from the lower inner surface of the back cover 5 is abutted against the back plate 6 of the cabinet 1. Alternatively, it is also preferable to be detachably engaged. Here, the metal fitting 33 also has a function of receiving surplus cords, has a channel-like shape, and has a pair of stopper pieces 34, 34 that abut on the back plate 6 at two places on both sides. The corresponding stop pieces 34, 34 can be disengaged by appropriate fastening means such as hook-and-loop fasteners 35, 35.
[0022]
The side cover 4 can be temporarily held even when the upper locking piece 29 is locked to the protruding pieces 24, 24 of the wiring box 2. However, in order to hold it more stably, the back of the cabinet 1 is fixed. A support bracket 36 is detachably attached to the lower side of the plate 6, and the locking piece 29 on the upper side of the side cover 4 is locked to the projecting pieces 24, 24 of the wiring box 2. The locking piece 37 protruding from the support fitting 36 is locked to the support fitting 36. Here, the locking piece 37 is similar to the locking piece 29 and has a structure that can be locked to the raised locking edge 38 of the support fitting 36. Further, as the structure for detachably attaching the support bracket 36 to the back plate 6, it is possible to use an attachment means such as a hook-and-loop fastener 39 or a screw-fastened attachment means as in the above. .
[0023]
Further, instead of engaging the abutment pieces 34, 34 formed on the metal fitting 33 of the back cover 5 with the back plate 6 of the cabinet 1 with the hook-and-loop fastener 35, as shown in FIG. At the same time as 34 directly abuts against the back plate 6, the hook pieces 40, 40 extended to the receiving bracket 33 or separately provided on the back cover 5 are respectively engaged with the engaging edges 41 formed on the supporting bracket 36. You may do it.
[0024]
When a plurality of cabinets 1 with the wiring device according to the present invention are arranged side by side, the middle side cover 4 is hidden by the back covers 5. In that case, the support fitting 36 for supporting the side cover 4 can be omitted. Further, when these cabinets 1,... Are arranged close to a wall surface or a partition panel, the back covers 5,. As shown in FIG. 3, a gap is formed between the lower end of the side cover 4 and the back cover 5 and the floor surface F. It is possible to wire side or rear. Of course, since the adjacent wiring boxes 2 and 2 do not have the side cover 4, they are communicated through the side openings 23 and 23, so that the cords can be wired across a plurality of cabinets 1 and so on. Can be. Then, it is possible to connect cords to electronic and electrical equipment mounted on the top plate 9 of the cabinet 1 through the cord insertion opening 26 of the upper cover 3.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 6, the wiring box 2 is configured such that not only the cords C are simply wired in the grooves but also the excess cords C are wound by using the side openings 23 and the cutouts 22. After that, the upper cover 3 and the side cover 4 can be attached to the wiring box 2. This surplus code processing method is particularly effective when handling a long cable such as a LAN cable.
[0026]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the cabinets 1 and 1 with the wiring device according to the present invention can be arranged back to back. In this case, the back cover 5 is not used, and the rear boxes 14 of the wiring boxes 2 are directly joined to each other. Here, it is also preferable to connect the wiring boxes 2 and 2 so that the cabinets 1 and 1 do not shift from each other. To do this, the daruma holes 18 for locking the back cover 5 provided on the rear plate 14 of the wiring box 2 overlap at the same position. The connection can be easily performed by engaging the connecting tool 42 having the same. In this connection state, the notches 19, 19 formed in the rear plates 14, 14 of the wiring boxes 2, 2 also overlap, so that even when the upper cover 3 is fitted in each wiring box 2, the cutouts 19, 19 are passed through. It is possible to wire cords over both wiring boxes 2 and 2.
[0027]
In addition, the wiring box 2, the upper cover 3, the side cover 4, the back cover 5 and the like are prepared as optional cabinets, and additional wiring devices can be assembled when necessary. Can be used. Further, the wiring device of the present invention can be provided on a side surface of the cabinet 1.
[0028]
