回転フレ−ムの下部に連結されて、前記被処理管内面に
ロ−ラを押圧させながら昇降する下部台車と、前記押圧
保持走行台車に連結された昇降手段と、を具備するよう
にしたから、水力発電所の水圧管等の大口径管の内面を
機械的に研掃することが可能になり、これにより環境問
題を解決することができると共に作業効率を高めること
ができる。また機械により一定速度で研掃することがで
きるため、研掃むらの無い均一な研掃処理ができる等種
々の効果がある。
