Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 人間または動物の体内で、体組織または体液サンプルの抜取り、過剰体液 の抜取り、挿入または注入など、コンピュータ断層撮影補助の経皮的外科活動を 補助する方法であって、前記方法は、人間または動物の身体の皮膚表面にある挿 入入口点から前記身体内の標的まで、前記身体に挿入する針タイプの外科器具の 挿入深さ、横断挿入角度および頭尾挿入角度を決定するものであって、 −第1断層撮影像から、頭尾方向に沿った第1断層撮影スライス位置、および前 記第1位置で前記頭尾方向を横断する水平および垂直方向に関して前記入口点の 座標値を決定する段階と、 −前記第1または第2断層撮影像から、頭尾方向に沿った前記第1または第2断 層撮影スライス位置、および前記第1または第2位置で前記頭尾方向を横断する 水平および垂直方向に関して前記標的点の座標値を決定する段階と、 −前記挿入深さの三角法値の原理を通して、前記第1および第2座標値から、横 断挿入角度および頭尾挿入角度を計算する段階とを含む方法。 2. さらに、前記横断挿入角度および頭尾挿入角度の前記値を、前記身体の付 近に配置され、それと物理的に接触していない器具の挿入誘導機器に適用する段 階を備え、前記機器は、レーザ・ビームを提供するレーザを有し、前記機器の調 節手段を操作して、前記レーザ・ビームが横断挿入角度および頭尾挿入角度の前 記値をとり、前記レーザ・ビームが前記入口点を指すようにする、請求項1に記 載の方法。 3. さらに、針先端部が前記入口点にあって、前記レーザ・ビームと同軸で前 記器具の縦軸と整列した状態で、前記器具を配置する段階を含み、前記器具が前 記機器と物理的に接触しない、請求項2に記載の方法。 4. さらに、前記機器のレーザ担持アームを、前記頭尾方向に直角に、身体上 に水平になるよう配置する段階を含む、請求項2または3に記載の方法。 5. 前記整列させる段階が、前記器具の遠端面を前記レーザ・ビームで指す段 階を含む、請求項3に記載の方法。 6. 前記レーザ・ビームが前記遠端面に光点を提供する、請求項5に記載の方 法。 7. 前記レーザ・ビームが前記遠端面に十字線のような光像を提供する、請求 項5に記載の方法。 8. 人間または動物の体内で、人間または動物の身体の皮膚表面にある挿入入 口点から前記身体内の標的まで前記身体に挿入する針タイプの外科器具を使用す ることにより、体組織または体液サンプルの抜取り、過剰体液の抜取り、挿入ま たは注入など、コンピュータ断層撮影補助の経皮的外科活動を補助する機器であ って、 −レーザ・ビーム発生器装置と、 −前記装置と物理的に連結された調節手段とを備え、前記調節手段は、コンピュ ータ断層撮影スライス・データから獲得し計算した横断挿入角度データおよび頭 尾挿入角度データに基づいて前記ビームの方向を調節するためのものであり、前 記ビーム方向は、人間または動物の身体の皮膚表面にある挿入入口点から前記身 体内の標的まで前記身体に挿入する針タイプの外科器具の挿入方向と同軸になる よう調節可能であり、さらに、 −前記挿入角度を表示するため、前記調節手段と関連した角度インジケータ手段 と、 −電源手段と、 −前記身体と物理的に接触しないよう機器を指示する手段とを備える機器。 9. さらに、 −前記第1位置における頭尾方向、および前記頭尾方向を横断する水平および垂 直方向に沿った第1断層撮影スライス位置に関連した前記入口点の第1断層撮影 像座標値と、 −前記第1または第2位置における頭尾方向、および前記頭尾方向を横断する水 平および垂直方法に沿った前記第1または第2断層撮影スライス位置に関連した 前記標的点の第2断層撮影像座標値とに基づき、 −横断挿入角度および頭尾挿入角度の値を計算する挿入角度計算手段を備える、 請求項8に記載の機器。 10.さらに、 −三角法の原理により、前記第1および第2座標値から前記外科器具の前記身体 への挿入深さを計算する挿入深さ計算手段を備える、請求項9に記載の機器。 11.さらに、前記レーザ・ビーム発生器装置を担持するアームを備え、前記ア ームが、水平かつ頭尾方向に対して直角に身体上に配置される、請求項8に記載 の機器。 12.機器が、頭尾方向に平行な光面を提供する補助レーザ・ビーム発生器装置 を有する、請求項11に記載の機器。 13.前記支持手段がベース部材、前記ベース部材から延在する直立部材、およ び直立部材の頂部領域から延在する横断部材を有する、請求項8に記載の機器。 14.前記支持手段がガントリ手段に取り付けられて、それに沿って移動可能な コンピュータ断層撮影機器のベッドを形成して、前記人間または動物の身体を支 持し、前記支持手段が直立部材、および直立部材の頂部領域から延在する横断部 材またはアームを有する、請求項8に記載の機器。 15.前記支持手段が、前記人間または動物の身体を支持する可動コンピュータ 断層撮影機械ベッドの上で天井から吊り下げられる、請求項8に記載の機器。 16.前記支持手段が水平に配置された横断部材またはアームを有する、請求項 15に記載の機器。 17.前記支持手段が、コンピュータ断層撮影走査機器の頂部から吊り下げられ 、前記支持手段が直立部材および横断部材またはアームを有し、前記横断部材ま たはアームはレベルが調節可能である、請求項8に記載の機器。 18.前記装置が前記横断部材に沿って移動可能であり、それに沿った任意の位 置で選択的に固定可能である、請求項13に記載の機器。 19.前記装置が前記横断部材またはアームに沿って移動可能であり、それに沿 った任意の位置で選択的に固定可能である、請求項14に記載の機器。 20.前記装置が前記横断部材またはアームに沿って移動可能であり、それに沿 った任意の位置で選択的に固定可能である、請求項15または請求項16に記載 の機器。 21.前記ベース部材が床に置かれる、請求項13に記載の機器。 22.前記直立部材が調節可能な入れ子式装置である、請求項13に記載の機器 。 23.前記直立部材が調節可能な入れ子式装置である、請求項14に記載の機器 。 24.前記支持手段が、前記横断部材またはアームの垂直レベルを調節する手段 を有する、請求項15または請求項16に記載の機器。 25.前記直立部材が調節可能な入れ子式装置である、請求項17に記載の機器 。 26.前記装置が前記横断部材またはアームに沿って移動可能であり、それに沿 った任意の位置で選択的に固定可能である、請求項17または請求項25に記載 の機器。
