- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 身体表面の最も外側の層(24)の下の薬剤を検出するために、センサー (22)が微小突起(4)上にあることを特徴とする、プレート(6)から延び ている少なくとも1つの微小突起(4)を有するプレート(6)を含む検出用装 置。 2. 装置がさらに検出器(10)を含むことを特徴とし、そしてセンサー(2 2)が該検出器(10)に取り付けられた近位セグメントおよび上に少なくとも 1つの電極(14、16または18)を有する遠位セグメントを有する電気化学 的センサーである、請求項1の検出用装置。 3. 微小突起(4)が、患者の神経末端(26)および血管の上の表皮の最も 外側の層の直下にセンサー(22)を配置させることを特徴とする、請求項1に 記載の検出用装置。 4. センサー(22)が薄いフィルムのセンサーであることを特徴とする、請 求項1に記載の検出用装置。 5. センサー(22)がグルコースセンサーであることを特徴とする、請求項 1に記載の検出用装置。 6. センサー(22)が微小突起(4)の2つの面上に配置されていることを 特徴とする、請求項1に記載の検出用装置。 7. 微小突起(4)が、身体表面に装置(2)を固定するための手段(50) をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の検出用装置。 8. プレート(6)が、それを通って液体吸引部材(106)と連通している 開口(8)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の検出用装置。 9. 液体吸引部材(106)が浸透性塩層であることを特徴とする、請求項8 に記載の検出用装置。 10.少なくとも1つの電気化学的センサー(22);および 皮膚を突き通す複数の微小突起(4); を含み、該皮膚を突き通す微小突起(4)の各々がその上に電気化学的センサー (22)の電極(14、16または18)を有する、患者の表皮の最も外側の層 (24)下の薬剤を検出するための装置。 11.皮膚を突き通す微小突起(4)が、患者の神経末端(26)および血管の 上の表皮の最も外側の層(24)の直下にセンサー(22)を配置させることを 特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。 12.皮膚を突き通す微小突起(4)の1つが試料電極(14)であり、皮膚を 突き通す微小突起(4)の1つが共通電極(16)でありそして皮膚を突き通す 微小突起の1つが参照電極(18)であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載 の装置。 13.検出器(10)と連結するために電極(14、16および18)の各々か ら延びている電気トレース(20)をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の装置。 14.各々の皮膚を突き通す微小突起(4)がその遠位末端で拡大された電極表 面を有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。 15.各々の皮膚を突き通す微小突起(4)がその遠位末端でダイヤモンド形状 の電極表面を有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。 16.装置がそれを通って液体吸引部材(106)と連通している開口(8)を 有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。 17.液体吸引部材(106)が、浸透塩層であることを特徴とする、請求項1 6に記載の装置。 18.皮膚を突き通す微小突起(4)の各々の電極(14、16または18)が 微小突起(4)の2つの面に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記 載の装置。 19.電気化学的センサー(22)がグルコースセンサーであることを特徴とす る、請求項10に記載の装置。 20.検出装置(2、10)から延びている微小突起(4)の少なくとも1つを 用いて患者の皮膚を突き通し、ここで微小突起(4)は、患者の表皮の最も外側 の層(24)下の薬剤を検出するために、その上にセンサー(22)を有し;そ して 薬剤の存在を検出する; 工程を特徴とする、患者の皮膚を通して薬剤を検出する方法。 21.患者の神経末端(26)および血管の上の表皮の最も外側の層(24)の 直下にセンサーを配置させることをさらに含む、請求項20に記載の方法。 22.センサー(22)を通り過ぎる液体の流れを生成させるために、検出装置 (2、10)を用いて患者の皮膚から液体を引き入れることをさらに含む、請求 項20に記載の方法。 23.検出工程が定期的に行われることを特徴とする、請求項20に記載の方法 。
