Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.タスクを実施するための器具を位置決めするためのシステムにおいて、 フレームと、 前記フレームに対して第1軸線に沿って移動するように前記フレームに取り付 けられたプレートと、 前記第1軸線に対して垂直な第2軸線に沿って前記プレートに対して移動する ように前記プレートに取り付けられた、前記器具を保持するためのキャリッジと 、 前記フレームに各々取り付けられており、前記第2軸線に沿って離間されてお り、前記第1軸線に沿って前記フレームに対して各々移動自在の、第1ブロック 及び第2ブロックと、 前記第1ブロックに枢着されており且つ前記キャリッジに枢着された第1剛性 アームと、 前記第2ブロックに枢着されており且つ前記キャリッジに枢着された第2剛性 アームと、 前記第1及び第2の軸線が構成する平面上で前記キャリッジが移動自在である ように、前記第1及び第2のブロックの夫々を前記第1軸線に沿って移動するた め、別々に作動できる第1及び第2の駆動機構とを含むことを特徴とするシステ ム。 2.前記第1及び第2の駆動機構は、モータ及び親ねじを各々含む、請求項1 に記載のシステム。 3.前記第1及び第2の駆動機構は、モータ及びベルト駆動装置を各々含む、 請求項1に記載のシステム。 4.前記第1及び第2の駆動機構はモータを各々含み、本システムは、モータ の回転動作を検出するための第1及び第2の夫々の回転位置センサを更に含む、 請求項1に記載のシステム。 5.前記第1軸線に沿った前記プレートの前記フレームに対する直線移動を検 出するために前記フレームに取り付けられた第1直線位置センサ、及び前記第2 軸線に沿った前記キャリッジの前記プレートに対する移動を検出するために前記 プレートに取り付けられた第2直線位置センサを更に有する、請求項4に記載の システム。 6.信号を前記回転位置センサ及び直線位置センサから受け取り、前記位置セ ンサからの情報をスーイングするための制御装置を更に有し、モータの作動を制 御するための制御システムを提供する、請求項5に記載のシステム。 7.前記フレームは二つの平行なレールを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。 8.前記第1及び第2の剛性アームは、前記第1軸線に沿って同じ位置である が前記第2軸線に沿って間隔が隔てられた別々の枢着点で、前記キャリッジに枢 着されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。 9.前記器具は、前記第1及び第2の軸線に対して垂直な第3軸線に沿って移 動自在の液体小出しポンプを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。 10.作業を実施する器具を位置決めするための装置において、 フレームと、 平面内で前記フレームに対して移動するように取り付けられた、前記器具を保 持するためのキャリッジシステムと、 第1端部が前記キャリッジシステムに枢着された第1アームと、 第1端部が前記キャリッジシステムに枢着された第2アームと、 前記第1及び第2のアームを所定の角度範囲に亘って移動し、前記キャリッジ システムを前記平面に亘って移動するため、前記第1及び第2のアームの夫々の 第2端部に連結された第1及び第2の駆動装置と、を含むことを特徴とする装置 。 11.前記キャリッジシステムは、前記フレームに対して第1軸線に沿って移動 するように前記フレームに取り付けられたプレートと、このプレートに対して第 2軸線に沿って移動するように前記プレートに取り付けられたキャリッジとを含 み、前記第2軸線は前記第1軸線に対して垂直であり、前記第1軸線とともに、 前記キャリッジシステムが移動する平面を構成する、請求項10に記載の装置。 12.前記第1及び第2の駆動装置は、一方の側部に各々取り付けられており、 前記第1軸線に沿って作動でき、本装置は、これによって、前記第2軸線に沿っ て取り付けられた駆動機構の使用をなくし、これによって、前記第2軸線に沿っ た前記装置の幅を最少にする、請求項10に記載の装置。 13.前記第1及び第2の駆動装置の各々は、モータ及び親ねじを含む、請求項 10に記載の装置。 14.前記第1及び第2の駆動装置の各々は、モータ及びベルト駆動装置によっ て構成されている、請求項10に記載の装置。 15.前記第1及び第2の駆動装置は、前記アームの前記第2端部を一方の軸線 に沿った平行な経路に沿って移動するように構成されている、請求項10に記載 の装置。 16.フレームと、 第1軸線及びこの第1軸線に対して垂直な第2軸線によって構成された平面内 の作業領域に亘って前記フレームに対して移動するように前記フレームに取り付 けられた、タスクを実施するための器具を位置決めするための手段と、 前記キャリッジシステムを所定の角度範囲に亘って前記第1及び第2の軸線に 対して押したり引いたりすることによって前記キャリッジシステムを移動し、前 記キャリッジを前記平面上で移動するための手段とを有し、この移動手段は、前 記第2軸線に沿った前記フレームの幅が前記作業領域の幅に対して最少であるよ うに実質的に前記第1軸線に沿って作動するように取り付けられている、ことを 特徴とする装置。
