Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 下記の工程を含んでなる、隆起したブラックマトリックスを有し、その 中に燐光体を含む複数のウェルを限定するフラットパネルディスプレー構造の中 に実質的に平らなアルミニウム層を製造する方法。 a)前記ブラックマトリックスの前記ウェルの中の前記燐光体の上にアルミニウ ム被覆形成ラッカーの、下にある物体の形状に従わない層を堆積させる工程、 b)前記ラッカー層の上に触媒層を堆積させる工程、 c)前記触媒層の上にアルミニウム層を堆積させる工程、および d)前記下にある物体の形状に従わないラッカー層を焼失させ、前記アルミニウ ム層を平らな形状のまま残す工程(前記層の焼失は、前記フラットパネルディス プレー構造の成分に悪影響を及ぼさない温度で行なわれる)。 2. 工程a)が、アクリル樹脂を含むアルミニウム被覆形成ラッカーの層を 堆積させることをさらに含んでなる、請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 工程b)が、前記触媒層を5〜40オングストロームの深さに堆積させ ることをさらに含んでなる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。 4. 工程b)における前記触媒層が、白金、パラジウム、ロジウムおよびル テニウムからなる群から選択された物質を含んでなる、請求項1〜3のいずれか 1項に記載の方法。 5. 工程b)が、前記触媒層を物理的な蒸着により前記ラッカー層の上に直 接堆積させることをさらに含んでなる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方 法。 6. 工程c)が、前記アルミニウム層を300〜800オングストロームの 深さに堆積させることをさらに含んでなる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載 の方法。 7. 工程c)が、前記アルミニウム層を物理的な蒸着により堆積させること をさらに含んでなる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 8. 工程d)における前記温度が、前記ブラックマトリックスに悪影響を及 ぼさず、前記アルミニウム層の反射性に悪影響を及ぼさない、請求項1〜7のい ずれか1項に記載の方法。 9. 工程d)における前記温度が前記燐光体の酸化を誘発しない、請求項1 〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 10. 工程d)が、前記触媒層および前記下にある物体の形状に従わないラ ッカー層を約380℃以下の温度で焼失させることをさらに含んでなる、請求項 1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
