Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 [請求項1]心内膜心筋組織の高周波カテーテル・アブレーションのための装置 であって、前記装置がアブレーション・カテーテル(5)と高周波ジェネレータ ー(3)又は高周波アブレーション装置(3)へ連結する端子(2、11)とを 含んでおり、複数の電極(6、7、8)を有するカテーテル配列(5)を含んで おり、このとき複数の電極(6、7、8)が優先的に心内膜心筋組織を凝固させ るために選択的に制御可能である装置。 [請求項2]さらに各々が前記電極(6、7、8)に指定された熱センサー(1 2、13、14)を含んでおり、前記各センサー(12、13、14)又は前記 複数センサー(12、13、14)の操作温度を作動状態に依存して検出するこ とができ、さらに制御装置(4)と相互作用することによってその時間的経過及 び絶対レベルに関して設定できる、請求項1記載の装置。 [請求項3]局所的凝固プロセスを実行するために、前記電極(6、7、8)各 々が40℃〜80℃の範囲内の事前定義可能な最終温度、好ましくは45、50 、55、又は60℃に達する請求項1又は2記載の装置。 [請求項4]エネルギーが周期的又は統計的に前記電極(6、7、8)に供給さ れ、前記高周波ジェネレーター(3)又は高周波アブレーション装置(3)から のエネルギーが最終温度に到達すると前記制御装置(4)によって低下させられ る、又は好ましくは隣接電極(6、7、8)に供給される、請求項3記載の装置 。 [請求項5]一定又は可変長さ及び/又は一定又は可変反復度を有する電磁パル スの形のエネルギーが前記電極(6、7、8)に供給される、請求項1又は2記 載の装置。 [請求項6]前記高周波ジェネレーター(3)又は高周波アブレーション装置( 3)によって供給されるが、現在は必要とされない出力が負荷(22)へ、特に 各々が冷却されている1又は2個以上のレジスターへ分流される、先行請求項の 1つに記載の装置。 [請求項7]前記電極(6、7、8)が、好ましくは前記アブレーション・カテ テル(5)の末端で約1cmまでの長さを有する連続線に沿って配置されており 、各々が絶縁帯(9、10)によって相互から分離されている、先行請求項の1 つに記載の装置。 [請求項8]特定電極(6、7、8)の温度及びこの電極(6、7、8)へのエ ネルギー放出時間を少なくとも1つのディスプレイ手段(19、21)上に表示 できる、先行請求項の1つに記載の装置。 [請求項9]1又は2個以上の電極(6、7、8)からECGモニター(16) への結線(11)によって治療の実施前、実施間、実施中及び実施後の局所的心 臓作用を検出して表示できる、先行請求項の1つに記載の装置。 [請求項10]アブレーションに必要な前記電極(6、7、8)の数、それらの 目標温度及び/又は一時的エネルギー供給及び/又は作動状態を操作パネル(1 8)上で設定できる、先行請求項の1つに記載の装置。 [請求項11]絶縁帯(9、10)によって相互に分離されている複数の電極( 6、7、8)を含んでいる高周波カテーテル。 [請求項12]さらに熱センサー(12、13、14)及び特に1又は2個以上 の電極(6、7、8)からECGモニター(16)への前記結線(11)を含ん でいる、請求項11記載の高周波アブレーション・カテーテル。 [請求項13]さらに線形放出中心を有している光ファイバーを含んでいる、請 求項11又は12記載の高周波アブレーション・カテーテル。
