Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも一つの読取り用キャビティ(3a)およびオリフィス部(4) が形成されているとともに、該オリフィス部が、少なくとも一つの内部溝部(7 )を介して前記キャビティおよび外部導管(9)に連通されている本体(3)を 具備する分析カード(2)内に含まれるガスを前記外部導管(9)を介して吸引 し、前記外部導管(9)の自由端部(9a)を液状媒体内に浸漬させつつ吸引さ れた前記カード内に液状媒体を導くことにより、分析カード(2)内に液状媒体 (1)を充填する前記方法において: −前記分析カード(2)内に含まれるガスを排気するために、開口された前記 外部導管(9)の前記自由端部(9a)を、液状媒体の外側において排気手段( 50)に対して液密的に直接接続し; −前記分析カード(2)内の負圧を維持するために前記外部導管(9)を閉塞 し(34); −閉塞された前記外部導管の前記自由端部(9a)を液状媒体内に浸漬させ; −前記自由端部(9a)を浸漬させた後に、前記分析カード(2)内に液状媒 体を吸引するために、前記外部導管(9)を再解放することを特徴とする方法。 2. 容器(16)内に液状媒体が収容された請求項1記載の方法において、 前記容器の外部において、開口された前記外部導管(9)の前記自由端部(9 a)を、前記排気手段(50)に接続し、 閉塞された前記外部導管の前記自由端部を、前記容器内の渣状媒体内に浸漬さ せ、 前記容器内に浸漬された前記自由端部を保持しつつ前記外部導管を再解放する ことを特徴とする方法。 3. 前記外部導管(9)が可撓性導管とされた請求項1記載の方法において、 前記導管を圧迫により閉塞し、該圧迫を解除することにより前記導管を再解放 することを特徴とする方法。 4. 前記排気手段(50)は、例えば手動とされたポンビング手段とされてい ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 5. 少なくとも一つの読取り用キャビティ(3a)およびオリフィス部(4) が形成されているとともに、該オリフィス部が、少なくとも一つの内部溝部(7 )を介して前記キャビティおよび外部導管(9)に連通されている本体(3)を 具備する分析カード(2)に液状媒体(1)を充填し、かつ排気手段(50)を 具備する装置において: −開口された前記外部導管の自由端部(9a)に対して液密的かつ着脱可能に 接続するための接続片(12)を一側部に備えているとともに、他側部において 前記排気手段(50)と直接連通する接続手段(11)と; −前記外部導管を閉塞しかつ再解放するための手段(34)と; を具備していることを特徴とする装置。 6. 前記排気手段(50)は、特に手動による、往復動するポンビング手段と されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の装置。 7. 前記閉塞しかつ再解放するための手段(34)は、圧迫手段またはバルブ とされていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の装置。 8. 容器(16)内に液状媒体(1)が収容された請求項5記載の装置におい て、 前記外部導管の前記自由端部(9a)が前記接続手段(11)に対して液密的 に接続される第一の位置から、前記自由端部(9a)が前記容器(16)内に収 容された液状媒体(1)内に浸漬される第二の位置まで、前記分析カードを変位 させるための手段(17)を備えていることを特徴とする装置。
