Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.実質的に純粋な繊維芽細胞増殖因子相同因子−3(FHF−3)ポリペプチ ド。 2.a.還元性SDS−PAGEで測定したときの分子量が約30kDであり、 b.17番染色体上に染色体位置を有するポリヌクレオチドによってコード される ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のポリペプチド。 3.配列番号2(図1)に示したアミノ酸配列を有する請求項2記載のポリペプ チド。 4.請求項1記載のFHF−3ポリペプチドをコードする、単離されたポリヌク レオチド配列。 5.FHF−3ヌクレオチド配列が、 a.配列番号1(図1)(ここでTはUでもよい); b.配列番号1に相補的な核酸配列; c.鎖長が少なくとも15塩基であり、かつ中程度のストリンジェント条件 下で配列番号2(図1)のFHF−3タンパク質をコードするDNAに 選択的にハイブリダイズする、aまたはbの断片; よりなる群から選択される、請求項4記載のポリヌクレオチド。 6.前記ポリヌクレオチドが哺乳動物細胞から単離されたものである、請求項4 記載のポリヌクレオチド配列。 7.哺乳動物細胞がヒト細胞である、請求項6記載のポリヌクレオチド。 8.請求項4記載のポリヌクレオチドを含有する発現ベクター。 9.前記ベクターがプラスミドである、請求項8記載のベクター。 10.前記ベクターがウイルスである、請求項8記載のベクター。 11.請求項8記載のベクターで安定に形質転換された宿主細胞。 12.前記細胞が原核細胞である、請求項11記載の宿主細胞。 13.前記細胞が真核細胞である、請求項11記載の宿主細胞。 14.FHF−3ポリペプチドと結合する抗体またはその免疫反応性フラグメント 。 15.前記抗体がポリクローナルである、請求項14記載の抗休。 16.前記抗体がモノクローナルである、請求項14に記載の抗体。 17.FHF−3関連細胞増殖性疾患が疑われる被験者の検体を、FHF−3と結 合する薬剤と接触させ、この薬剤のFHF−3への結合を検出することを含 んでなる、細胞増殖性疾患の検出方法。 18.前記細胞が脳、精巣、肺または眼の細胞よりなる群から選択される、請求項 17記載の方法。 19.前記薬剤がFHF−3と結合する抗体である、請求項17記載の方法。 20.前記薬剤がFHF−3ポリペプチドをコードするポリヌクレオチドまたはそ の断片である、請求項17記載の方法。 21.前記検出をin vivoで行う、請求項17記載の方法。 22.前記検出をin vitroで行う、請求項17記載の方法。 23.前記薬剤が検出可能に標識されている、請求項19または20記載の方法。 24.検出可能な標識が放射性同位元素、蛍光化合物、生物発光化合物および化学 発光化合物よりなる群から選択される、請求項23記載の方法。 25.FHF−3の発現と関連した細胞増殖性疾患を有するかまたは該疾患が疑わ れる細胞を、FHF−3活性を抑制する薬剤と接触させることを含んでなる 、 FHF−3関連細胞増殖性疾患の治療方法。 26.前記薬剤が抗FHF−3抗体である、請求項25記載の方法。 27.前記薬剤がFHF−3アンチセンス配列である、請求項25記載の方法。 28.前記細胞が精巣、脳、肺、または眼の細胞である、請求項25記載の方法。 29.FHF−3活性を抑制する薬剤がベクターを使って細胞に導入される、請求 項25記載の方法。 30.前記ベクターがコロイド分散系である、請求項29記載の方法。 31.前記ベクターがウイルスである、請求項29記載の方法。 32.前記RNAウイルスがレトロウイルスである請求項31記載の方法。
